Around the house, a large 1400 m2 garden to rest while listening to the sound of the waves and observing the stars and the lights of Oléron, opposite. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, with Place de La Noue and its daily market.

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
