We enjoyed our stay and felt at home, Justin was very supportive, the environment was very friendly for our toddler. we will definitely come back there.

A perfect place for a family vacation, lots to do easy access to everywhere. Tha place looks better than in the photos had a great stay.

If you have a car - a great place, a great beach, a safe community, in the village, 3 minutes by car, there is a butcher's shop, a market, a supermarket, a gas station. The house is good, there is no swimming pool, but we were comfortable.

Eileen's place is very spacious and in a good accessible location. We could buy food easily and visited the beaches nearby. Navo is very friendly and we asked her to cook for three nights, which she did beautifully. Thanks Eileen, we had a lot of fun.

Fantastic place, I would highly recommended. The host is warm, responsive and extremely helpful. A lovely way to experience Dar. The house is clean and well maintained & the host was available for a walk through. I enjoyed my stay.

Good central place. Particularly good if you need to go to Muhimbili as you can walk there Nice to have access to a pool although not very clean and also closed for a some days for cleaning reasons

If I could give five stars for the view, I would give 10… very good located for the national Museum, the ferry and the spectacular fish market!

I am a frequent visitor in Dar es salaam I have stayed in many different places also in the same complex by far this was my best experience although there were small problems which it does happen. They were addressed immediately if I had to state, the biggest problem would have been the space that we were given to park was occupied at least 1/3 of the time but therefore for the living quarters I was 100% satisfied when I return, which would be somewhere in July, I’m making plans to return to the exact same spot. I’m a creature of habit if not broke don’t mess with it. You would definitely enjoy the service the location. it has become a Home away from home.

Had a really good stay, my brother lost the front door key but Aida sorted it out and we were back in by 8am.

This was my second stay at Butogwa’s place and everything was just as good as the first time. Beautiful apartment with good wifi, AC, and hot water, helpful staff, safe neighborhood, and a responsive host. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Wow! This is what this totally hidden gem of a place! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home literally localated on the beach. Super friendly staff that will always try and accommodate your requests. Winny and Joseph and the masai security took great care of us. The private gardens are enormous with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sea breeze. Our host Sabrina was such a kind and thoughtful host, she even took time out to come visit us. She recommended great places to order food from and even arranged a local massage therapist to come visit. We would 100% recommend this beautiful hidden home to anyone wanting the luxury of a beach front getaway.

wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!

Very nice place good location and peaceful

The house is beautiful, private, and very clean. It has all the comforts you could need, including a pool. The owner is incredibly helpful and always available for anything you might need.
