Charming, peacefull and private stay of 60 m2 in lovely dike house situated in a pitoresque street, right at a lovely park. Consists 1 master bedroom with box spring bed, large living area with pull out sofa bed, modern bathroom, south facing terrace in spacious garden. Only one metro stop (2-3) min. away from city centre, ten minute walk to metro. Within walking distance free parking. Nice big park with tennis court and natural swim facillty. Also nearby you can hire bikes.

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed, neither in the garden.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Aufenthalt in Amsterdam absolut abgerundet. Die Wohnung in der oberen Etage eines bezaubernden typisch niederländischen Hauses war sauber, wunderschön, geräumig, charmant eingerichtet und mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht ins ruhige Grüne. Unsere Kinder und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Arley’s stay was fantastic! The location is in a really peaceful neighbourhood near a beautiful walking trail. The stay is located right next to a bus stop which conveniently takes you to the train station connecting you to the city. Arley immediately made us feel right at home and left us with a huge selection of snacks! So kind and made it one of the most unique B&B’s I’ve stayed in. Would absolutely recommend Arley’s place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay in the studio, it suited us well to be in this area for an event, and borrowing the bikes and heading to the nearby waterlands was a fantastic way to spend the day. there is a good supermarket about 15 min walk away near the free ferries that go across to the main tourist areas (amsterdam cost of living so high it makes eating out very expensive). we had all we needed to self cater in the studio, and Jansje was a very helpful and welcoming host who made sure we had plenty of coffee 😁

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur super und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt jedem weiter empfehlen, der nach etwas Besonderem sucht! Joyce war sehr nett und einfach zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar Müsli und Milch wurde zur Verfügung gestellt! Vielen Dank liebe Joyce!
