Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom,a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a spacious living room with sofa bed. Not far away is Otterndorf, where everything is offered for leisure activities!

Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
