We are 300 meters from the Bus Station and the Tigrão police station. You arrive on foot at our house and walk to the Orla. Our space is simple but very welcoming. We have all the amenities and pampering to make your experience the best. We have 2 beach chairs, a 26-liter cooler and a sun umbrella. We lend them out at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Iguaba is very close to other tourist cities: CABO FRIO is 27 minutes away / ARRAIAL do CABO, the Brazilian Caribbean Capital of Diving, is 43 minutes away / BÚZIOS is 1 hour and a half away.

Because it is very well located, with pharmacies, bars, restaurants, markets, bakeries, hospital and etc... very close, it is possible to do everything on foot. The house is on the second floor with a separate entrance and covered garage. With a full kitchen (it has all the appliances) Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. The house is simple but there is no lack of charm and coziness, an excellent space to enjoy special moments with family and friends. It has a nice balcony where there is a breeze coming from the Lagoon and behind a small space with a barbecue and a delicious shower to cool off. It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.
