We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Pour un séjour en Normandie c'est la location idéale, située entre le Mont St Michel, St-Malo d'un côté et et les plages du débarquement, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. de l'autre. Philippe nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée avec gentillesse, petite bouteille de cidre au frais en guise de bienvenue. Il a été à notre écoute par rapport à ce que nous voulions visiter et nous a envoyé de bonnes adresses détaillées tout au long de notre séjour sur les différentes visites et lieu de restauration et diverses choses à faire dans la région. We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. Le gîte de Sylvie est paisible et chaleureux. La restauration de cette vieille maison est faite avec goût. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Le jardin est agréable, paisible et peuplé de chats.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

In a quiet place, not far from the center of Caen, there is a Carrefour nearby, which is very convenient. Anne is very friendly and helpful. Besides, the facilities in the room are very cozy. Next time I come to the Normandy region, I will definitely choose it again.

Un petit studio tout mignon et pratique. propre, bien agencé, stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue. Le top avec le jardin. Prendre note pas de tv et juste une commode pour les affaires sinon tout est super. Merci Marina, je recommande !

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal dans l'annexe de la maison de Pascal et Françoise. Un petit nid douillet, tout confort! Pascal et Françoise sont très accueillant et très sympathique.

A fantastic house and cabin in a beautiful area very close to Caen and perfect for accessing the Vélo Vert cycle routes. We chose the house and cabin for a family holiday and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and spacious and has everything we needed. The garden and outdoor seating space were lovely for eating outside or after dinner drinks. The village itself has a boulangerie and grocery store and there are walks by the river and play equipment for children 5 mins away. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay again.

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Valérie was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us so much local information and points of interest. We were sad to say goodbye. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

Elodie ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Antwortet sehr rasch und gibt aktuelle Infos! Ruhige Wohnlage und das Haus ist sehr wohnlich und gemütlich! Hier haben wir uns richtig zu Hause gefühlt! Unsere drei Hunde hatten genug Platz im Garten und das Grundstück ist gut gesichert! Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir sehr gerne bei Elodie übernachten! Sehr zu empfehlen! Weiter so liebe Elodie! Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft!

A great and private place to stay, secure driveway parking was ideal. Aldi a short walk down the road. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and provided the perfect base. Well equipped kitchen and a nice outside terrace to sit in the sun.

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!
