Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Iffendic

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Everything was perfect. Jean Pierre's apartment was very nice to live in. Jean Pierre responded quickly to our questions. It was a great stay at Jean Pierre's, I highly recommend it.

Beautifully renovated and comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of centre of the old town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. The description was very accurate and the space worked very well for us as two couples. We received comprehensive directions but it is still quite tricky to find the building so the navigator needs to stay alert. Luggage needs to be carried up two flights of stairs. Overall a very nice Airbnb experience and definitely recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Claudine's. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. Welcome gift (cider and brioche) as well as jam and butter, tea, powdered chocolate, oil and vinegar and so on. Great value for the price By way of comparison, we are in another Airbnb tonight that costs much more and is equipped with coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, period! And no heating anywhere. Claudine is very friendly and took the time to chat with us. I would recommend without a second thought.

Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Extremely clean, spacious and well-equipped. A small, beautifully wooded and well-maintained park. Anne was very friendly and responsive in our exchanges. Ideally located for visits to Saint Malo, Cancale or Mont Saint Michel. We recommend without hesitation 😉👍

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

We had a great time!! The space is beautifully decorated, every detail is thought to make the stay comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus, perfect for relaxing!! We had taken the breakfast option, and we don't regret it at all: everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. Thank you for this beautiful "parenthesis" of relaxation

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house! Very well located, it offers all the services for a friendly stay (comfortable bedding even in the dormitory, several spaces for everyone to find their place, charming terrace with view, spacious garden and garage for ping pong games and other moments of games, etc.). The exchange with Géraldine went very well, the indications were clear and she was accommodating with the schedules. In short, a very good place that I recommend and will remember for future cousins!

It was really cool. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the quality of the bed who was quite hard to sleep on. Otherwise, everything was nice 👍

We had a great stay at this accommodation in Dol de Bretagne. The apartment is bright, perfectly arranged, and very well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The small front terrace is bathed in sunlight in the morning, ideal for breakfast, while the large rear terrace, sunny at the end of the day, is perfect for an evening aperitif. The location is ideal for exploring the region: halfway between Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, and other beautiful Breton discoveries. No worries about parking nearby. A big thank you to Pauline for her kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay. We'll be happy to go back!
