With my family we had a great stay in this accommodation! The host was very welcoming, warm and always available when needed, which made our arrival and stay very pleasant. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, well-equipped and perfectly functional. Everything was as advertised, or even better! A perfect stay. We live in the next town and needed extra accommodation for friends. Everything was perfect, very clean, pleasant and spacious. We will not hesitate to rent Maëlle's accommodation again when we need it.

The place is really very charming, it's a perfect place to retreat from the city and breathe. Mauricio is very kind, responsive and accommodating. We came with our cat and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend it without a problem!

Very nice host, answers all our questions, gives us advice. Gite on the edge of the forest of Broceliande. Convenient for hikes, all are accessible at 15min maximum. Another advantage, only 1 hour from Saint Malo. A total change of scenery, relaxing, and the spa has a benefit after a day on the trails. Thanks again for hosting and I hope to see you soon. Michael

Great stay in Rennes. Super well located accommodation in the center of Rennes. Matches the photos and in a perfect state of repair. Ronan is a great host, very responsive and available. We will not hesitate to return on our next visit!

The accommodation offered by Arnaud is perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The studio matches the description perfectly, it is functional and very well equipped. Its geographical location is very convenient, close to a supermarket or the Hallage path. We had a great weekend. Arnaud was very responsive during our exchanges and is very friendly. We were very happy in Julien's residence. It was large, clean and very close to the city's historic centre. Our only difficulty was finding the building and parking lot. They were on different streets. It was likely more our fault than Julien's instructions. Our google maps did not seem to recognize one way streets and we got turned around. Google kept rerouting us. We then had difficulty accessing the key/fob in lock box. We contacted Julien and he came immediately to open the lock box, directed us into the correct parking lot and took us into the suite. He was very kind and helpful. He came back the next day and brought us batteries for the TV remote. Like mentioned previously, we honestly feel the issues with finding/accessing the parking lot was more our/google issue than poor instructions. Other than this issue on arrival we loved this residence and Julien's responsiveness.

Beautiful small apartment with balcony in a quiet residential area, conveniently located for excursions to Rennes and the surrounding area. Nearby shopping. Perfect for our stay.

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with a very beautiful decoration. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well equipped to have a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place to relax.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome when we arrived was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because bcp of things next door and at the same time the balcony is facing greenery which allows you to be quiet too. I recommend

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

Vincent is a very welcoming and considerate host and the accommodation is well maintained and perfectly equipped. The stay was wonderful and the surroundings are quiet and very pleasant to visit.
