What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

I had an incredible stay at this villa! The location was simply breathtaking - tucked away in a serene, peaceful spot with stunning views. The hostess was a gem, always ready to assist and make our stay memorable. And let's not forget the food – it was an absolute delight! Every meal was a culinary adventure. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with top-notch hospitality and delicious food, this villa is the perfect choice. I can't wait to come back!

Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable arrangement and coordination of the property. Place is really beautiful and peaceful with a small stream within the property. The house is really clean and the host was really helpful.

Words can’t describe how serene and beautiful the place is. Our caretaker, Mr Pandi sir was more than welcoming and the food was spectacular. Sam and Gobi were a brilliant addition as pets here. Sheba,our host, was extremely polite and gave us the proper instructions beforehand on what to do. The rooms are thoughtfully crafted and spacious. You will run out of places to sit. Definitely visiting again.

Mr Mohammad is a great host. A must visit, Nearby Lulu Mall. He will assist you with everything you need and takes care of whatever the guest needs. I had a really comfortable stay. Recommending it to all who visit Kochi.

This cozy hilltop stay in Vattakanal was everything we hoped for—and more! The cottage is charming and well-kept, with a warm, homely vibe. The interiors are colorful, spacious, and filled with natural light. We especially loved the swings and comfortable sitting areas that made it perfect for relaxing or reading a book with mountain views. The highlight? The breathtaking sunrise views right from the property—absolutely magical! Waking up to misty hills with golden hues in the sky was pure bliss. The terrace is a perfect place to soak it all in. The fireplace made the chilly nights extra special, and the well-equipped kitchen was a nice bonus. All cafes and popular spots in Vattakanal are just a short walk away, which made exploring super convenient. Special mention to Danish, our host—very helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay when in Cochin

Such a beautiful place. Secluded and at the heart of the city at the same time. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, cozy fireplace in the living room and a scenic garden to have your morning coffee. We went as a group of 5, all of us totally enjoyed every moment of our time there. Caretaker Selvi made sure all our needs are met and cooked up a storm on both days based on our needs. Rekha coordinated with us every step of the way and was flexible with checkin and checkout timings. Lake was just a 5 minute drive from the place and we found the easy accessibility super convenient. Would definitely love to visit again :)

Had the best view!! As we walked in we saw out the big window and it didn’t look real. The caretaker took care of ordering us dinner and breakfast was included. The area is very difficult to get to and quite scary with a car at some points but once you are at the property it is lovely. The caretaker arranged for a jeep to pick us up at additional cost and it was very nice to off road the mountains. The home was very clean and bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen came with bare necessities of plates, tea cups, and utensils, fridge and stove. Very peaceful stay

Our stay at Milhaven was absolutely perfect. A very old world charm property with best view and hospitality. Even though it is an 100 yrs old home, it is very well maintained. The host Nikhila is very helpful and prompt. The staff - cook Soham ji, house keeping - Bheem ji, Sarita ji and the gardener all make you feel right at home. Food served was delicious and homely. The garden area has a lovely view and we enjoyed spending time there - whether it was our teas or evening snacks with bonfire. We travelled with a 2 year old and she also enjoyed a lot. All in all, a must stay and would love to visit again.

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

Location, Amenities, Host, Check in and Check out - Everything that we liked about this place. Perfect if you want to stay close to the airport for a group of 6-8 people. Very peaceful locality, Instamart was not delivering but Food delivery was not an issue even later in the night. Special mention to Eldhose for his responsiveness and helping with our requiements - he was kind enough to come and give our phone charger that we left at the house on the prevoius day.

We stayed at this property with a family of 6 adults and 2 kids, and overall, we had a great experience. The place is secluded, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay — perfect for those looking to get away from the city and unwind in nature. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and private. One of the highlights was the private waterfall, which was beautiful to view and added a unique touch to the property. The caretaker was prompt in reaching out to us before we arrived and he was waiting for us when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was amazing - loved all the south Indian breakfast items that were provided. The only challenge we faced was the parking ramp, which is quite steep and could be tricky for tourists or those unfamiliar with such inclines. We opted to park on the road instead, which worked out just fine for us. All in all, a lovely stay in a scenic location.

Ideal place for a trip with extended family. Spacious rooms and living areas. The host Ragul is always available for anything that is required. He is very helpful and takes care of guests. The caretaker is also good and prepares delicious home cooked good.

Deepak's bungalow is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The hospitality offered by caretaker Mr. Nagraj sets you up for a relaxed vacation. Food served is homely and delicious. Lake is within walking distance. Overall, a beautiful place to spend time off.
