On the roof of the house you can enjoy the terrace, viewing the sea and the small islands of Hydra. For the beach, just walk 5 mins down the path and you come to some pretty coves. Baby Beach which is an organised beach with excellent beach bar is also only about a 5 - 7 min walk away.
