This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Irreplace, a designer villa that has just been completed in August 2022. The large 200 m² yard has a rainy day BBQ area, and is a facility where everyone from small children to adults can play. There are 4 bedrooms, making it suitable for groups of around 10 people and 3-4 families with small children. You can spend time while protecting the privacy of each family. The Ichinomiya area can be reached in about 80 minutes from Tokyo. Please spend an irreplaceable time with your family and friends. * There is an additional 10,000 yen fee for using the barrel sauna. * Pets are only allowed if they are well trained small dogs that will not damage the furniture. There will be an additional cost of ¥3,000 per pet. There are no dog goods. * According to the Ichinomiya-cho ordinance, the garden can only be used until 9 pm. Please enjoy yourself indoors after that! ※ Fireworks are prohibited because the garden in the facility is artificial turf. Bonfires and fireworks are allowed in the gravel area next to the fence. ※ Acts that are considered to be noisy, such as loud voices, loud music, etc., are prohibited.

We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. ここは、昭和初期に建てられたと思われる「とても古い建物」です。 かつては干物屋さん（Dried fish shop）だったとのこと。 奥行が長い長屋で、とても個性的な造りをしています。 玄関からすぐの土間、妙に小高い居間、急こう配の階段、少し傾いた2階など随所に光る不便さ。当時の面影を残しつつ、快適に過ごせるようリフォームしました。 宿の場所は勝浦朝市通りのすぐ裏、商店街の並びにあるので好立地。勝浦港まですぐなので、気軽に釣りにも行けますよ。朝は朝市でとれたて野菜や干物を買ったり、地元で有名なコーヒー屋さんで一休みしたり、近くのお寺巡りをしたり、千葉県最古の銭湯「松の湯」での入浴もおすすめ！近くの居酒屋もリーズナブルでいい雰囲気のお店が色々あります。勝浦タンタン麺もお試しあれ！ 勝浦中央海水浴場までは徒歩７分。 近くのスーパーは「ベイシア」車で4分。 近くのコンビニは「セブンイレブン」徒歩5分。 勝浦駅は徒歩9分。 よろしければ、お気に入り登録してくださいね♪
