Holiday rentals with a pool in Ica

Our stay at Médano House was AMAZING, the house is much nicer than in the photos, and everything is very clean and tidy. It's very cozy and makes you want to stay many more days. We loved our stay. Our host, Alfredo, was very kind, always looking out for us and gave us many tips about the place. We hope to return soon 😄

The house is nice and accurate for large groups as it was in our case, the house has all the amenities and Katerin is super proactive from contacting me before the stay to coordinate some issues. We will definitely return 🙂

In General the house is very nice, clean and as it is in the photographs...the place has certain rules to comply but it is in Pro of respect to the people who are also enjoying the amenities of the condominium (nothing that is not difficult to comply) Natalia at all times was attentive to any questions I wrote to her and above all a very good host. The only thing I can observe is that they should change some minor artifacts in the kitchen for a better stay (blender, coffee maker and maybe some sharp knives) The excellent pool to enjoy with the family, the grill also excellent. The security of the condominium is excellent. Rating 9.5 of 10

Simply Fantastic. As soon as you walk in Estefania’s place is breath taking. Wonderful architecture and open layout of rooms. Even though it is an Airbnb it feels like a luxury hotel. All rooms are private with their own bathrooms, with the pool in the center of the complex. The living room/ dining room area has a magnificent indoor outdoor feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that can make everything feel like your outside. Beautiful desert like views in very close proximity to the beach. Ani the property manager takes care of turning down each room and also offers private chef services which is such a unique and delicious option. I recommend using her 100%. The drive from Lima is 4 hours long and having dinner taken care of and ready for us was such a relief and so appreciated apart from it being some of the best meals we’ve had here in Peru. Thank you Estefania for providing such a wonderful experience and home for me and my family.

It is a beach house as indicated, very good location and with a very friendly and respectful host. Large rooms, Full kitchen and a very tranquil atmosphere. On the beach. Perfect location. Highly recommended

Everything was excellent, it is very easy to locate being in front of the municipality, the space is very spacious, several cars come in. All the very comfortable rooms and the kitchen well equipped with utensils and crockery. The pool was also clean and well maintained as was the terrace and rooftop furniture.

They were excellent friendly, we had a problem with our mobility and they helped us looking for a place to protect our things, we were recommended to Mr. Alexis a Cuban who moved us in an excellent way 100% recommended.

Very kind romina I help us to orient ourselves and send us useful information, the clean quiet place with towels soap hot water and complimentary things that are appreciated. We were able to move easily, it is next to a main street in pisco so there is easy and accessible transport. There's business nearby, there's the Pisco market, and several other things. We went to Paracas from there we were moving in a collective or taxi and they pass very often so everything was fine. It does not feel dangerous, no disturbing noises or strange things around. The pool was great we were able to bathe at night and it is very taken care of. Thank you very much for everything Romina and the friendly staff are also friendly and hope to come back at another opportunity.

The apartment was a good fit for our families of 12. I'll remember fondly the view of the ocean during our morning coffee and sunset as the air cooled in the evening. The kids really enjoyed the community pool and also played some on the rocky beach. And our family liked our stretch session in the ocean gazebo as dolphins swam by. The bed, linens, and family room were nice. The grill worked well and the large table outside was great for family meals. There were ample plates and silverware but the kitchen is quite small if cooking an intricate meal. We used mosquito spray and plugs and closed all the windows at night. You need a taxi to get into town (front desk can order one) or take a 45 minute walk (ocean view but with rocks and some garbage). There are two condo communities next to each other and this one is for Las Velas. Eddy was responsive before and during the stay and addressed the one issue with towels immediately.

Excellent care from Carlos, from the time of booking. In addition, the place is very well located with very well maintained facilities and very nice ocean views.

Overall, very good experience with Emma's apartment. We were able to use the grill and utensils of the same. Emma was attentive to our queries at all times.
