¡Excellent experience! The place was comfortable, it was fully equipped and located in a safe area. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Diana, she was very understanding with the check-in issue and always responded quickly to any queries. Definitely a perfect stay.

Beautiful stay, in a beautifully landscaped park (multiple facilities for sports, games and swimming, private beach). Private car is recommended, because supermarkets are far away. Nearby is a great restaurant/gas station/mini market with emergency items. Nice communication with Mariella and also the cleaning lady (daily) was very friendly and helpful.

Lucianna’s home was beautifully built and it a secluded area that felt like one could disconnect from the business of the city. The home felt spacious and had a large yard where our kids enjoyed running around and being on the swings.

amazing place, community was nice and private. the space had all the necessities and was just as expected. would only recommend bringing a fan or bringing cool clothing as ica does get hot during the daytime

Everything was excellent, it is very easy to locate being in front of the municipality, the space is very spacious, several cars come in. All the very comfortable rooms and the kitchen well equipped with utensils and crockery. The pool was also clean and well maintained as was the terrace and rooftop furniture.

Lily was very friendly and accommodating! The house is in a private location in central ica. Very close to the shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

It is an excellent option to have a few days of rest , with an incredible beach 5 min walking , it is the second time we have stayed , 100% recommended .

Great place to stay if you wanna get out into the countryside. Probably need a car but that said Mauricio is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and he sorted taxi and took us into town when we needed to leave. Got to stay here it really is great!

The house is nice and accurate for large groups as it was in our case, the house has all the amenities and Katerin is super proactive from contacting me before the stay to coordinate some issues. We will definitely return 🙂

Gabriela's house is really beautiful, just as seen in the photos. We had a marriage at San Jose hacienda and the location was accurate. We used the contacts recommended by her and everything was super. We will definitely return

Simply Fantastic. As soon as you walk in Estefania’s place is breath taking. Wonderful architecture and open layout of rooms. Even though it is an Airbnb it feels like a luxury hotel. All rooms are private with their own bathrooms, with the pool in the center of the complex. The living room/ dining room area has a magnificent indoor outdoor feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that can make everything feel like your outside. Beautiful desert like views in very close proximity to the beach. Ani the property manager takes care of turning down each room and also offers private chef services which is such a unique and delicious option. I recommend using her 100%. The drive from Lima is 4 hours long and having dinner taken care of and ready for us was such a relief and so appreciated apart from it being some of the best meals we’ve had here in Peru. Thank you Estefania for providing such a wonderful experience and home for me and my family.

The only little thing is that the location is 9km away from the center and for people from outside the country the neighbour feels weird at the beginning but Yuliana was there to reassure us and everything went smoothly.

I had read some comments that it was a bit difficult to get to the place, but Marcos made it easy, as he was available to give precise directions and it was extremely easy to get there. One detail was that there was loud music until very early in the morning and it was not possible to rest well, I hope I took certain measures in this regard. Another point against is the check-in and check-out time, from 4 pm to 10 am, it should be like most, from 2.00 pm to noon. Otherwise, it's an excellent place.
