Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

We have spent half term at Lisa’s place, the house is very spacious, located in quiet residential area, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 25-30 from the town centre which was exactly what we wanted. Lovely large property for our group of 9, we love the gym and hot tub plus a basket of goodies on arrival was an unexpected touch. We had a great stay and was so lucky with the weather too, did lots of small trips with kids so train station nearly was very handy. Would definitely recommend it.

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

The view and access to the beach was lovely.

Had a two night stay in 'The Dairy'. Lovely place. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great views from the hot tub (enjoyed watching the local horses rolling in the morning!) Straight forward check in with no problems. Only suggestion would be a hook or two in the bathroom - there wasnt much space for toothbrushes/wash bag for 4 people. But really cant fault it. Would recommend. Thanks.

We stayed at Nina's in the Easter holiday with our two younger children. All of us were left enchanted by her beautiful home! we would love to revisit in the near future. The living room and open plan kitchen was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating our meals with the garden doors wide open. I must say the garden stole the show with it's spacious hot tub! It's situated in such a mesmerising location where you look out to fields. Sheep can be heard constantly- something my three year old absolutely loved! We miss the serenity of the countryside and the beautiful views from the house! Definitely worth a visit! The surrounding areas are simply superb!

Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at Vanessa's cottage. it felt like our home away from home.

Cecilia was a lovely interesting lady - we should have had tea with her ! Had a lovely stay in her tiny house in the garden - very homely - beautiful bedroom with a terrace to sit outside in our dressing gowns ! Fresh flowers were a lovely touch !

The Bothy is an amazing space in a fantastic location. Quiet, tranquil and definitely off-grid. Helena was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host who provided everything we needed. The Bothy is beautifully appointed and very relaxing to inhabit. There are many places to visit locally if you can tear yourself away. This place is absolutely ideal for people looking to get away from it all. It is described as "off-grid" and it is - so make sure you take fully-charged power banks. We will definitely return!

An excellent property, just as described. The garden is a sun trap, so I had breakfast in the sun through to a glass of wine in the evening in the sun (albeit if there were 4 people, some may be in the shade!)

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of Camber Sands Beach. The bus stop into Rye is 5 minutes walk away. The cottage had everything we needed and we enjoyed the gas fire on the bad weather days. We had an issue with the front door key and Dani resolved this super fast, really good service. A perfect place for a family celebration, beautiful house, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Everyone commented on the very comfortable beds and beautiful linen. The bath was a treat for everyone looking out at the oak tree. We had a bbq one evening, in wonderful surroundings and all the equipment you could need. The walks from the house are stunning and pub recommendations very useful. The muffins on arrival were delicious and the company of the exceptionally well behaved and friendly dogs was a highlight, not forgetting the lovely cat. We left, reluctantly, feeling refreshed and restored and have taken away many happy memories, thank you.

Thankyou for us! What a great few days away. We booked a girls getaway at this accommodation for 2 nights and could not have been happier. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sadly the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t utilise the outside area/beach access. The kitchen and the 2 living spaces were very utilised.

Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

Very well located accommodation close to the beach and the city center. We had a very good weekend with the family. The teenagers (and grandparents) were able to enjoy the pool which is very spacious and pleasant. The accommodation is very well equipped and well decorated. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor terrace and its barbecue. The whole family was happy with their stay, from the welcome by Frédérique with lots of very pleasant little touches and until the departure, when we were able to stay until Sunday afternoon. We recommend this accommodation, which is ideal for a weekend with the family, and we will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay for a long weekend with the family. The place was very roomy and had plenty of space for us all. Neil was very accomodating to last minute changes.

Amazing location. Lots to do if you do a bit of research. Very tidy and well set up cabin. Had a great time with the kids, can't go wrong staying here if you're a family.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .
