Apartment holiday rentals in Hydra

Nice small place hidden away in the hills of Poros. Good views from the rooftop balcony. stairs down to the bedroom are treacherous, and require some level of mobility! would stay again

The communication with Daphne was great, always responsive and helpful. Met us at the port and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment was exactly like the photos, and the kitchen was filled with all the enmities . 10-15 min walk from the port, a bit difficult after a big meal but doable.

Dafni’s place is pretty with a great view of the harbour. The main Skala beach is also not really far, and the Megalochori beach is only a five minute walk. There’s a good restaurant and bar just around the corner and a lovely cafe/tavern a little further up the little hill. There are also two supermarkets nearby. It’s quieter than if you’d stay in a hotel at Skala but I really enjoyed my stay here - the only thing that bothered my friend and I was the bathroom. It’s really tiny and tough to keep dry because the water from the shower gets everywhere even with the curtains pulled around the shower area. There was also no towel provided to soak/clean the water - we just used one we found in the house. It would’ve also been nice to have some lights on the patio (or at least we didn’t find any) to be able to spend some time there in the evening as well. But all in all it was a good experience staying here :)

Our host took great care of us, waited for us at the port to take us straight to the room, which helped locate it and made navigation for the whole trip extremely useful. Super clean, great view and overall 5/5 accommodation. P.s:If you have knee issues or difficulty with stairs in general maybe the rooms location isn’t the best option for you, as there are some steps involved to get to the aribnb.

We had a fantastic stay at Evgenia’s place in Spetses! From the moment we booked, communication was seamless! Both Evgenua and her husband were incredibly responsive and helpful. They were flexible with our plans and full of great tips and recommendations that made our visit even better. The space itself is perfect for two people — super cute, clean, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the port, just a 4-minute walk from where the boat drops you off. It’s ideally situated between the island’s bars on one side and most restaurants on the other, so everything is close and easy to access. We recommend it 100%! Thank you again for a wonderful experience 😊

The studio of Panagiotis is very private,although it's part of the house. It has its own access via stairs and small terrace. In the later afternoon you can sit there nicely and enjoy your drink or snack. It is also very central and narrow to the public beach which is for free, but it was anyway the best one for me, because this beach is without music and only few pebels on it exept of sand. Within three minutes I was there and could go to swim very easely. The studio is very well equiped. We found everything in the appartement we needed. So we didn't need to question Panagiotis, who was very supportive and friendly. I also would emphasise that the furnishing is really tasteful and doesn't contain unnecessary or kitschy things, which made our stay very pleasant. The mattress is especially good. We can highly recommend this accomodation. it's worth its price.

Beautiful apartment for two people. So quiet yet very close to the beautiful harbour. Comfortable bed & lovely rain shower. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful apartment in an excellent location. The views from the whole place were amazing and for us, these were the highlight of the property. The apartment was well equipped and felt homely. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding was great quality. There were lovely touches, milk, beers, tonic and water in the fridge. Herbs and local olive oil in the store cupboard and lemons from the tree on the patio. All were appreciated. The communication with Georgia was brilliant and the warm welcome and guided tour was perfect. The waterfront was moments away from the apartment and the town with bars, cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk. There are a couple of supermarkets in the town, which is great. it is definitely a place we would liketo return to soon.

Nice apartment 5 min from the port where the Ferry stops. So close to everything! Very good communication and easy to find the way from the harbour. The apartment was fresh and clean. Can highly recommend this apartment of you’re going to Hydra! Best, Annika

I scheduled this trip at the last minute, and Kosta responded to my request quickly. He took time to show me how to get to the listing and provide such a thorough and welcoming introduction to Poros and his home. The view was serene, the neighborhood, authentic, and home was beautiful. I will definitely be booking his place again when I return. Thank you again, Kosta!!!

The apartments are beautifully styled and furnished, with everything you need and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Great location, close to the beach and all of the restaurants. We would love to return again as Agistri is a favourite destination of our family.

Easily one of the best places to stay on Hydra. You’ve got two balconies overlooking the marina, one from the bedroom and another from the living room. The place is super clean and spacious. Julieta, our host, is everything you expect from a great host. We’ll be back again.

The view is amazing at this apartment, from the window in each room, and from the balcony. Lots of space, comfortable bed. There is a closet with hangers and also shelves. Table and chairs on balcony and also small dining table and chairs in kitchen. The washer was handy and we hung out clothes to dry on the rack on the balcony . It's about 12 minute walk from the port, including stairs. We walked but it's also reasonable to get a donkey assistance with luggage (definitely ask Christina to reserve the donkey if you do). Would stay here again.

Back "at Rafalias" but this time in the small old-furnished studio with its very sunny terrace area overlooking the garden. The only opening, the French door, keeps you cool on warm days. For those who prefer the window open at night and more brightness, prefer other studios. Always so charming with its garden planted with orange trees and other essences. Charming stop in Hydra and perfect welcome.

We absolutely loved staying at Andrea’s’ place. The house and gardens were immaculately kept and so peaceful. The room was as beautiful, and stocked with everything you need including nice touches such as snacks, coffee, milk, juice and water - all replenished daily along with room cleaning. The bathroom was spotless with lovely toiletries. Andreas was such an attentive and friendly host - he had lots of great recommendations and really made us feel at home. We had such a great stay here and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Andreas's home is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at, the pictures don't do it justice. A peaceful oasis in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. Andreas is very welcoming and made us feel at home right away, going out of his way to greet us, show us around and give us recommendations to local restaurants and sights. We are hoping to one day come back and stay for longer, we loved it so much! thank you Andreas for your hospitality :)

If you are looking for a quiet slice of island life you can't do better than staying at Faidon's House. Located in a quiet pocket of Aegina away from the hustle of the port area, Faidon's House is a real treat. Numerous tavernas operated by some true characters are within a short walk as are several beach bars to while away the hours staring out at the beautiful horizon of glistening blue sea and stunning island vistas. Alkis is a superb host, responding immediately to any questions we had during our stay as well as sending over some recommendations for places to visit beforehand.

Wonderful touches. We had plenty of water, snacks and juice. It felt very private and we were lucky to have stayed here in this home with so much family history

We stayed for 10 days with our 1 year old son. Panos' place is so great we didn't want to go home! Very welcoming, friendly host and his mother is probably the nicest person in Greece! 10/10

We had the most wonderful time at Rafalias Mansion. The historic house is beautiful, the studios are spacious and equipped with everything you need (including snacks, water, beach towels and snorkel gear) and the garden is simply a dream! Because it was very hot, Andreas decided to open the jacuzzi a little earlier in the season, and it was a great way to relax after a hot day on the beach or in town. If we ever visit Hydra again, we will definitely be staying here again!

A legendary island; blue skies and azure waters; a charming, generous host; a secret garden fragrant with romance; crisp white sheets, and tiramisu in the fridge! What more could anyone want? We loved our stay at Rafalias Mansions, with its timeless beauty and olde world grace. Thank you, Andreas. It was perfect x
