Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hyde Park

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

Josephine is a flexible, accommodating and superb host. She knows a lot about the local area and can make recommendations for things to do nearby or further afield. The B&B is good for public transport; bus stops are within 1-3 minutes' walk and go in a few different directions. The nearest Tube station is perhaps 10 minutes' walk away, but one of the buses goes directly to the next nearest station, so if you time it well you can be there within 5 minutes and be heading in more directions throughout London. Continental breakfast is simple yet substantial, and will adequately suffice until lunchtime if you eat enough. The presentation is excellent and Josephine evidently takes great pride and care in making things as homely and personal as possible. Josephine's place is great value and I would certainly stay with her again. Very highly recommended.

This was our best experience yet at an Air Bnb. We felt right at home from the moment we entered and both Jim and Patrizia have left a lasting impression on us which we will never forget. Some stays are close to your heart and this one will will always stay with us. We will be back. Need I say more :)

Carol was a lovely and thoughtful host. The house was beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the balcony and how convenient the location was, just a short walk from the train station. Carol also left us a basket of fruits and pastries in the morning, which was such a kind touch. Great value for money overall, and we’d definitely stay here again next time!

I loved staying with Anamaria and her family. Their house is located in a really peaceful area that is easily accessible from central London via bus or train. While Anamaria was not home when I arrived, checking in was easy thanks to the clear instructions I received (and I was greeted with enthusiasm by their cute dog and cat). The room was decorated nicely and smelled awesome. I also loved that I had my own bathroom. Communication was also perfect! 100% recommended.

Great location ! Patrick is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place has the feel of home away from home. Would definitely come back when in London again.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

Kate and John are just incredible hosts. Their house is absolutely lovely and located in a very quiet and nice area. It's very easy to go down to Richmond but there is also a good connection to central London. The room is very spacious and super clean and they even provided breakfast. I really had a great time there and definitely recommend it!

Alexandra’s flat is in a very convenient location on a quiet street, minutes from Battersea Park. There is a great selection of grocery stores and shops as well as public transport all within an easy walking distance. The flat itself was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the water was always hot. The washing machine was a welcome addition. Alexandra was friendly and very helpful and responded straight away when we had questions. We would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely flat in a vibrant neighbourhood - everything was exactly as described and I appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom very much. Great apartment in Notting Hill, easy stroll down to Portobello Market with lost of great restaurants choices, great little parks a block down for our kid to play in which was a treat! Easy for Ubers, or bus stops etc …

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. I had a nice walk to the office along the canal and my wife enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly appreciated how friendly and helpful the host, Dr. Phyllis, was throughout my stay. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and I felt completely at ease coming and going as I pleased. It was a pleasant and peaceful experience from start to finish. Elizabeth is a very thoughtful host. She responded promptly to my queries giving useful information. She was very welcoming and the room was comfortable and well equipped.

Staying with Monica was really very nice. It was very nice and everything is furnished with attention to detail. Super clean room and always available for a good conversation. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. She is very helpful and friendly and Charlie is also super sweet.

This was a great experience. After a long day of traveling, Catherine had the kitchen stocked with juice, milk, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and home baked bread and cake. My daughters stated” it was the best cake “. The space was exactly described and more- a beautiful home and area. Catherine also had a reference book with her recommendations, maps, descriptions, and menus. This was all so very helpful. I hope to come back one day.

We stayed a few nights at James’s apartment in Battersea and had a fantastic time! The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located in a vibrant yet peaceful part of London. It was a great base for exploring the city, with good transport connections and lovely local spots nearby. James was a kind and thoughtful host, and we really appreciated the warm welcome and the nice conversations we had with him. Thank you, James, for a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed at Sally and Chris's place, which was very clean and comfortable. Sally was very communicative and accommodating throughout. The location itself is fabulous, right by Finsbury Park and very easy to get to. We stayed during a heatwave in London and Sally provided us with fans which helped us get to sleep. I would highly recommend staying here and would consider doing so for any future trips to London!

Mary and Martin were the warmest and kindest of hosts. We felt like we were in the finest Bed and Breakfast nestled in the countryside. You will sleep peacefully. The location is convenient to Greenwich, Central London, and West London. The room is kept amply stocked with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks. We had some of the best sleep. In the morning, Mary and Martin prepare a fresh and hearty breakfast with an excellent pot of tea. Mary and Martin are passionate about telling the story of their neighborhood and we learned a great deal over breakfast. They provide ample guidance if asked and give you more than enough space and privacy. Mary was kind enough to provide a lovely hand fan for our night at Royal Albert Hall on a humid afternoon. Thank you so much Mary and Martin, we hope to be back!

This was my second stay in Alex’ home. I felt comfortable, at home and I liked the area so much the first time that it made sense to stay there when I returned. I felt welcome and my hosts (including their dog, Dilly) were always friendly, helpful and engaging. I enjoyed staying here.
