We had a fantastic stay at this home in Tampa! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The house was very easy to access, and Heather was super responsive to all of our questions—great communication throughout. The pool was a highlight for our family—our kids had an absolute blast! There were plenty of rafts and pool toys to keep them entertained for hours. The kitchen was also a big plus—well-equipped with all the appliances, pots, and pans we needed. We were especially impressed by how clean the home was—it was spotless and clearly well cared for. If we're back in the area again, we’ll definitely try to stay here. Also, a little tip: be sure to check out the bakery just down the street—it’s within walking distance and the perfect way to start your morning!

My son and I had a great stay here during our trip to Tampa! The place was clean, unique, and surrounded by lots of beautiful plants in the yard — which I absolutely loved. It was easy to get to most places in the city by car, and having a private parking space was a huge plus. Just a heads-up: make sure to read the entry instructions carefully since the entrance is around the back of the main house. La Shawn was super helpful and even gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Tampa!

Jason is very friendly and communicative and provided detailed instructions. The house is very charming and beautiful with lots of space in a very quiet and beautiful area close to the water. It's easily accessible to near highways. Highly recommend for families!

We had a really nice stay here! Probably my nicest AirBnb stay in quite some time. The location is perfect, and the space itself was even more spacious than we initially thought just from looking at the photos. I loved how big the kitchen was! The linens were super fresh and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge oak trees on the property are seriously gorgeous and the house has been so well renovated. It really did feel homey and not your typical cookie cutter AirBnb. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Wow, I can write a small memoir on Chistellle and Arley’s place. But limited characters, so I will do my best. 1st of all, I wanted to get away with my family. We are a family of 6 and I currently am expecting another baby. So I turned this into my Baby moon, since I am in Tampa to deliver my baby (any day now 😍). I booked at 9 something at night after seeing how the house was affordable, it was instant check In and the pictures looked sooooo inviting. My oldest had a room, my 3 littles had a room and my friend and I had the other and the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house overall was super clean, so PEACEFUL and exactly what the pictures pictured. I was able to park my car in the back and it felt so secluded to me even with it being close to other houses. They had everything we needed to cook everyday and to even wash clothes. I didn’t leave the house to go explore. My main Objective was REST and I did just that. I will definitely book again!

This house was great to host my family for the weekend. The house was so cute and everything was well put together. As a Tampa native, I wanted them to be close for us to bounce around and explore the Tampa area. This was a perfect spot in the heights!

The beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest after a day of exploring. The location was great, with plenty to do in the area. I was in town for the Metallica concert that weekend, and it was so convenient to get to and from the venue. Between the show, nearby restaurants, and local attractions, there was never a dull moment. The host was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back on my next trip to Tampa!

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! Ryan’s place was great! The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed the muffins, orange juice, and beer that were provided upon arrival. Perfect location, being only about 15 mins from everything we wanted to do! We were able to go down to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach as well and it was only about 40 mins away! The pool and kayaks were also a plus and Ryan helped us get the kayaks out and ready for us to use!

Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

Priscilla was a great host! We really enjoyed the cozy house, and the pool. It’s a great place for 2 people. We are looking forward to staying there again.

We loved this place!! My family and I stayed for the weekend for my oldest son's college graduation and were so happy to have found this gem! The pool was fantastic. They went crazy for the pool table! The kitchen is much bigger than expected and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Jeannette and Nathaniel are very proactive and fast with their communication. We loved this place! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Parking instructions not clear during check in. Walk to parking in not convenient. If you don’t like loud noise at night this ain’t it but you have to understand where the location is. Overall a great place for a few days stay in Ybor City. Host was responsive to all questions! Great stay thank you!!!

Great place to stay. Very convenient to everything and walkable to almost everything. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Off street parking was a plus since parking is a premium in that area. Would definitely stay again.

Cute AirBnB! This was a great location centered conveniently in Hyde Park area. We loved walking the darling surrounding neighborhood as well as walking to neighboring restaurants and along Bayshore.

Beautiful mulit-level Home in an excellent location in Hyde Park. Both walkable to several quality Restaurants and a quick drive to Downtown Hyde Park and Raymond James Stadium. Great updated decore and furniture, ample parking, with an outdoor patio. Host was quick to respond, and proactive with instructions. 5 Stars!

I can not speak more highly of this listing. The house/townhouse itself is great - big, spacious, clean and nice. The location is perfect - a block from bayshore (which is great for walking) and 1/2 mile from Hyde park (places to eat and shop) while also being very accessible to all the other major areas and roads. Last - Matt and Amy were great hosts. Responsive to questions, they checked in with me proactively and are helpful when problems occurred (including one we are currently working through). I will with absolute certainty be using this listing again in the future.
