Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hyannis, Barnstable

Audrey’s place is super clean and cute and comfortable. It felt just like home from the beginning. It is very close to several shops and restaurants - 10 minute walking distance. It’s also 10 minute drive to some of the best beaches. It is 10 minutes if you want to take the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at Audrey’s again. She is very understanding, friendly, and nice.

This house was great! We had everything we needed: grill, beach stuff, bikes, games, even some vinyl records to play! We enjoyed the privacy of the rooms and bathrooms, however there aren’t curtains on the main rooms in case that would worry you. It wasn’t a big issue to us since the bedrooms had curtains. Also, while it’s definitely close to the beach, it’s a 10-15 minute walk, not a few min like the listing might show. Still a great spot, would totally stay again!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyannis/the Cape, and it was wonderful because of this fantastic house, and such accommodating hosts (we were able to check in early!). The house is walkable to everything - downtown, the beaches, etc. and we also loved cooking in the beautiful, well appointed kitchen and eating out on the wonderful deck! They’ve done such a nice job with the inside, as well as a really cute yard and outside area - you truly feel like you are on vacation at the Cape. We love the area - and loved staying here. Thank you for all the pictures with local places to go! Helped a lot! We will be back! Thank you for the hospitality!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

10 stars for the host. Megan was proactive in communicating the check in process with us. She was also quick to respond to all of our (sometimes dumb) questions with clear, helpful responses. The checkout was also effortless, it truly was a "vacation for relaxing." The house itself is right size for a couple or a small family. While weather didn't fully cooperate with us to take full advantage of the deck/grill/ backyard/hammock, the beach pass was a huge benefit in getting us access to the town beaches. The house is also located in a great spot in Hyannis, close to the water, but also to the town center with a lot of great restaurant and shopping options. Other popular Cape Cod towns are also close enough for a short drive. Ultimately, would stay here again just because Megan made this such an easy, stress-free, experience.

the cottage was a beautiful spot only a minute walk from a private beach. The cottage was clean. Yvonne was an excellent host, was very quick to respond, and left a very thorough binder of info about the local amenities snd restaurants. The four or five restaurants we tried from the list were all excellent!

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

Perfect stay for a long weekend with our group of 4 (2 couples). Plenty of space to hang out in the common area, while each having their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice too. We didn't cook but loved the large kitchen space. Overall nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful hose in a perfect location - walkable to downtown, the Wellfleet town pier and Mayo Beach. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which had a great modern kitchen and a good size living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable and having linens was a bonus. We have a family home in Wellfleet and had guests in from Europe which prompted the need for our stay. Honestly after all the years that we have been here, I never knew this place existed. It blends right in with other beautiful houses that surround it. And had I knew it was there, I would have recommended it to any of the friends and family traveling through the area. Highly recommended!!!

Christina’s home was pretty, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated that there was coffee, tea, sugar, soap and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was also superb- very close to several gorgeous beaches plus multiple restaurants and shops. We did not have a chance to use them, but she even had bikes, which would be wonderful in warm weather. This is a great listing. I thoroughly recommend it!

Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this tiny house/studio! The outside space had plenty of seating options and felt private. Inside was very clean and well decorated. Remember to pack your own blankets, sheets, pillows, and bath towels because they are not provided with this Airbnb. The host was quick and responsive when an issue arose when the door locks were not working. The shower (outside) was good enough but I would have loved more water pressure, especially to wash my sandy hair. The beach was about a 15 minute walk away. Overall, I thought this place was very nice

Dan was a very responsive and accommodating host. Dan communicated well with us and was flexible with our check in time. The house is very cute. I love the path to the house and the path to the pond. The pond is gorgeous and you have a great big view of the pond from the bedroom with the big bed. My kids had so much fun fishing from the dock and on the canoe. They caught several fish.
