Apartment holiday rentals in Hwaseong-si

I had a comfortable stay in a clean, newly built accommodation!! I definitely want to use it next time when I get a chance. The quick response was also good! There is also a Lotte Mart nearby, so you can easily shop:)

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. I brought all the toiletries just in case, but I have all the necessary supplies. ^^ Outside the window, you can see the lake a little. I stayed on the 6th floor, but if it was a higher floor, I think the view would have been better. If I use Airbnb in Suwon, I'll use it again. ^^

There was nothing to enjoy because there was only Samsung Digital around, but there were a variety of things to do in the accommodation, such as Nintendo, PlayStation, computer, Netflix, YouTube, etc., so I didn't feel bored! Rather, it was better to rest because it was quiet! There are also several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I didn't feel much inconvenience and had fun! I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but I liked the accommodation so much that I'm going to visit again if I come to Suwon next time!! It's better than what you see in the picture!! The bathroom was so neat, and it was so nice to have a fabric deodorizer! Separate collection is also easy, so I use it very conveniently.😋✨

Of course, it's hard to get around Gukjeul Island without a car, but if you have a car, the parking is registered in advance, and you can see the sea in front, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. There was nothing particularly disappointing, and the natural lighting, view, and interior were all so nice.

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

It was a really satisfying accommodation! It was so nice for a family to stay together with the 3-room structure, and the inside of the house was clean and tidy, so I was able to relax comfortably. I was grateful that the children slept well in the center. Check-in was also very easy, and the quality was great for the price. Thanks to the warm atmosphere, I made good memories. I sincerely recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay in a very large space.The windows were large, a lot of natural light came in, and the atmosphere was always bright.The owner was quick to respond to this request and was very kind. It was very close to Mochiya Station, and there were many restaurants.It was a very fun town. I want to use it again.

Gwanggyo Lake Park is close, so it's good for a walk, and department stores and marts are also close, so it's good for living. The accommodation is clean and very convenient because it has laundry and drying.

I booked a nearby accommodation because the Time Capsule Concert was held in Moonlight Park. The price is also cheap, it's neat, and the location is good! There's a restaurant on the first floor. It's also great for playing and eating!

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

I can’t recommend highly enough the apartment. Great location - easy access to public transports and all the amenities. Fantastic variety of restaurants too and they were all on our door step. The host’s communication was amazing. Quick and responsive. Harvey was very helpful when we had enquiries. This was a great find for our family for our regular trips to Korea.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Clean comfortable spacious cosy - couldn't ask for anything more. Yeong Hui decked out the apartment with all necessities and it was fab. Lots of food and amenities nearby too. Thank you for being so responsive, friendly and kind. We hope to return one day!

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

I stayed for house construction. I had a good stay.

It was a neat and small studio. It has a great view, day or night. The atmosphere was the best. Unfortunately, I was satisfied that I came alone and enjoyed it, and it was a frustrating part. I didn't like to smell food indoors, whether at home or anywhere, so I ate all my meals. Fortunately, there was no need to dispose of garbage, so there was no effort to separate and dispose of. It was a pity that the price was a little cheaper, but overall, I liked it so much!

I booked the accommodation in a hurry on the day, but I'm so satisfied. I especially felt that the interior was taken care of, and the toiletries were neat and nice. The living room with mirrors and a pretty sofa is a photo zone.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

One of my fav places we've stayed ! Not fancy but so many greats touches that made it feel like home.

The bathroom was clean and the bathroom amenities were all well stocked. I liked it because you responded quickly and there was plenty of parking space. I'll come again next time I come to Gwanggyo.

It was a great value for the money, and I had a very spacious and comfortable time! The computer specs are also a PC cafe.

It was the best of all the accommodations I've stayed in so far. The accommodation was in such good condition, and the host's response was so fast and accurate. I want to stay again!!!
