Beautifully converted, airy hideaway near Whitby

Sleights is a gem of a village on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the Moors. You will stay in a beautiful airy converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa (there are steps leading down into the garden - may not be suitable for those with limited mobility). Guests will enjoy the privacy of the Hideaway with their own outside area. They can relax on the luxury Simba mattress that promises a good nights rest after a busy day.

Runswick Bay - Top Gallant - with great sea views

Top Gallant and is down in the Bay. We have a great veranda with amazing views. WiFi and a Smart TV which includes Netflix and Prime Video. Bedding and towels provided. We provide a free parking pass for the (“Homeowners car park). 3 nights minimum booking. The booking includes a bottle of wine. No Pets. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to steps and a spiral staircase. Check in 3pm. Check out 11.00 am. I charge no cleaning fee but please leave tidy.

Within 2 minutes drive you have 2 pubs,a cafe/ garden centre and a tea rooms. This is a very well equipped property, with a quality finish.

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

Moorview is a private one bedroom semi detached whole property with twin beds. Located a short distance from the North Yorkshire moors with easy access to the popular seaside resort of Whitby. Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!
