Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hutchinson

The house was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The accommodations were nice especially for thinking of children. I would suggest bringing your own nespresso pods or coffee pot if you happen to drink a lot of coffee. Per the house manual, only 4-6 pods are supplied for a stay ( we were there 3 nights with 5 guests). We used all of them the first morning. The host was helpful and delivered more for us the next day which was nice.

The house was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe had a wonderful small town atmosphere. Thank you Nic for making our trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

I am a repeat customer to the Cottage and love staying there! The new mattresses are great. Love the upgraded kitchen, too! The hosts are very responsive and "Midwest nice!"

We really enjoyed our stay here. Every comfort has been thought of for this home, down to the last detail. Kendyll's instructions and advice was easy to follow in order to make the house perfect for us within a few minutes of arrival. The dogs loved the huge backyard and the giant park right across the street. Will stay again!

This was our second stay. We enjoy our time and feel at home here. Everything we need is provided and we always have a nice walk through the quiet little town. My only suggestion is to keep your eyes out for the neighbor's dogs across the street if you go out for a walk. That being said, we will still not hesitate to come back.

The stairs are the only drawback, once you opened the door to the loft you stepped back in time. It was mesmerizing, we could only imagine the stories behind so many of the pieces that we will never know. I would like to know more about the opera house itself and also if further restoration of the location is planned. This place was immaculately clean and well kept. 6 adults and we didn't bump into each other, we slept well and our daughter and husband and 2 kids came over for a bit and still plenty of room to visit and hang out in the living room. Just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you for the work you have done to this loft and offering it to the public. We loved our stay, so comfy. Literally one of the very best places we have ever stayed.

The home place in Sterling was just what we needed very clean very quiet great location very comfortable

Very nice place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice decorations and was very clean. Worked out great for our family of 6 to stay together instead of in separate hotel rooms. Located in west Wichita close to our planned activities. Had everything we needed for cooking meals and snacks. Would definitely rent it again on our next trip to Wichita.

We’ve stayed here a handful of times and will keep coming back. We haven’t had any issues to need to reach out to Randall but if we did, I’m sure he’d respond quickly. The location is perfect for us as my family lives just 2.5 blocks away.

This rental is very spacious. All the beds were very nice to sleep in. I love the gas stove and BBQ.

We will be back.

If I could've taken the backyard home with me, I would have! The patio area on this place is phenomenal. We opted to eat in instead of one our planned dinners out just so we could enjoy it more. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space. And Kayla was a wonderful host. Will try to get this place again next time we visit Hutch.

Very charming old house that's been updated right across a very cool little city park. The beds were comfortable and the linens etc. were clean and new. Nice place to stay that was exactly as advertised

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the house. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Not far from McPherson College. I definitely plan to stay again!

Beautiful and peaceful house that is well equipped for large groups. We loved being able to cook large family style meals without having to worry if we would have what we needed. Liz is an amazing host who is willing to go the extra mile for her guests. She picked up groceries for us so we could rest easy or first day. She was also very responsive when we had an issue arise. Thank you Liz for all you do!

This was a great home for our needs on this trip. What appeared to be a former garage turned bedroom was an impressive feature adding the two twin beds. We didn't use the backyard or laundry machines, so I don't have feedback for how they'd be used, but the backyard would have been fun for kids to run around in if we had the extra time this trip. The kitchen and living room were nice & central gathering places with two bedrooms on one end of the house & two bedrooms on the other. I actually highly recommend this home to families with infants especially because there's no stairs to worry about! We would stay here again next time we visit Hutch.
