Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hurworth

Stayed here as a group of 6 - was a great stay. The photos make it look like there are three bedroom, however there were only two & a pull out couch. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just something we weren’t prepared for given the photos :)

We came down from Auckland for the International Female Riders Day (motorbikes) and the unit exceeded expectations. Clean, bright and modern with super comfy beds and a lovely big outdoor seating area, with gorgeous views overlooking the ocean. It is alot bigger than expected, with full kitchen and a fabulous bathroom. Plenty of parking space. The location was private and off the main roads, which meant we didn't have to worry about the security of our motorbikes. Wendy was a great host, and I would recommend this airbnb to anyone without hesitation.

An amazing place to stay. My only gripe is that we wish I could’ve stayed there longer. The host was friendly, very welcoming, and prompt with their communication. The stunning beachfront view was priceless! Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to friends and family. 5 stars 🌟

Edwin’s place does not disappoint. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I did some laundry and they helped me out by putting my clothes in the hamper, as I was out all day. Cool bengal cat hung out with me on arrival as well.

Highly recommend staying here. very private and quiet area. The place is in excellent condition and very modern.

Myself and my 3 kids had a great stay. The views out over the hills and ocean are wonderful (the sunsets were magic!). The space was comfortable, modern and well equipped with all the pieces you need - especially the kitchen with lots of utensils, baking pieces etc. A short drive from Oakura, and not far into New Plymouth makes it a great location.

Thank you for accommodating us for our second visit. The unit is spacious and near new, comfortable and with parking at the door in a very convenient location. We enjoyed our second four night stay as much as the first and we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay with family. Lots of space for everyone. Very large deck that felt very safe for the children. Food at the restaurant was lovely. They also did room service which was wonderful. The ‘second living area’ in the photos was no where to be seen. Not sure if that photo has been posted by mistake 🤷🏼‍♀️ We also weren’t aware this property is actually part of a motel/lodge so when we arrived we weren’t sure where we were. It worked out really well though and everyone was great. The pool in the photos is part of the complex so it was quite busy at some points. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a vacuum cleaner in the room as this is not a serviced apartment and we had booked for 5 nights with children so we really could have used a vacuum 😅 Would definitely recommend this place to others. Really private with amazing views.

Excellent accommodation and extremely helpful to let us have early access - beautiful throughout house and very well equipped

Gayle's place is in a fantastic location, nice little beach for the kids to play. Overlooks the ocean. Well thought out for amenities including games, puzzles, even a bucket of lego for kids. Good bedrooms and lounge area with everything you could need. No hesitation to stay here again if passing through, very peaceful and relaxing and Bell Block has a handful of shops including The Warehouse and a small supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

After a big day driving coming to the end of the road to discover this humble and homely surf shack right in the dunes was sublime. Incredible setting and views with serenity and time to unwind. The home is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and had that something special with high quality additions including smart TV, sound system and New Zealand made pottery. The artwork and books hint at the property and its owner's passion and connection to the area's true history. The surfing map and incredible images of the mountain were perfect. Could not be more grateful for the stay 🙏🏼

Donna was a wonderful host. The Bach was exactly as described, and it was delightful to be greeted by a fire, even though we arrived quite late. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing country stay, including great linen and towels, lovely plush beds, and a wonderful shower. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the ocean view. I would recommend this property.

Really nice place. Lots of space and very clean. It was easy to check in and a short drive to the center of town. Lots of nice welcome bits on arrival. Very quiet and the bedrooms were nice and dark at night. We overslept on the last day... Great place for a couple of couples or family.

Moon was such a lovely host, they were friendly, gave clear instructions and allowed us to check in early. As far as the home, it was beautiful with plenty of space and had everything we needed!

The house is excellent and the location is great, very short walk to a beautiful black sand beach. The bed was very comfortable and the house amenities were top notch. We'd definitely stay again.
