We had a great time in this apartment. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the check-in and check-out simple and enjoyable. The apartment was exactly as in the photos: very nice, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The environment is quiet, peaceful and safe, ideal for relaxing. We highly recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to come back!

This stay was excellent from beginning to end - the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was extraordinarily charming and cosy with wonderful lights and an excellent balcony that looked out over gardens and trees with lots of birds. The flat is impeccably decorated from the smallest amenities, such as good soap and towels to beautiful lights on the patio as well as very easy linens and towels, and interesting books. An extra bonus was having a computer there that we could use that was available for surfing or Netflix. Perhaps the most wonderful thing was the excellent recommendations our host made for restaurants and bars that were very special and off the beaten path, and we felt honoured to be part of the unique locals that were hanging out at these lovely Places. The host also went above and beyond to try to help with various computer issues (adaptors) for our own needs. I can’t rave enough about this place. I would come back to Cologne just to stay there and enjoy the balcony.

Hello Nicholas! I will recommend your apartment. The furnishings are very modern and everything was clean. The highlight was the small garden where you could comfortably drink a beer. Due to the quiet location, there was also relaxation for the short stay.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was perfectly and generously equipped, tastefully and practically furnished and we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning. The contact with Rolf was very nice.

Petra is an attentive host and we are very enthusiastic about the quiet accommodation that has been furnished with care. We'd love to come back.

Petra received me very nicely and warmly. Then she showed me the place and explained everything. Everything is very new and well-maintained. I felt right at home. In the area are supermarkets and also restaurants, which can be easily reached by car, but also on foot. So you have everything you need for your daily needs nearby. The area is very quiet. And due to the good weather, I was able to sit comfortably on the terrace behind the house in the sun. What more could you ask for? Above all, I am very grateful that Petra responded to my special requests. Thank you again for that. Petra is really a good-hearted and very likeable person and a great host.

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very beautiful and spacious location. Our stay was really successful all around. The accommodation is extremely tastefully furnished – with great attention to detail and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the well-equipped kitchen: you can really find everything you need for cooking here. A real highlight was the fireplace, which created a wonderfully cozy atmosphere in the evenings and rounded off the ambiance perfectly. We really enjoyed staying here for a few days and experiencing the peace and comfort of this beautiful place. Communication with Stefan was always pleasant, warm and uncomplicated. We felt right at home in the house. The three floors offer a beautiful separation of the different areas of life. The kitchen had everything the amateur chef and baker's heart desired - except for a freezer compartment. The bed is very comfortable and even in the heat under the roof it was pleasantly cool. Everything is wonderfully bright and there are shutters everywhere. The many plants also made me feel right at home. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus. Lidl is just 5 minutes away by car. For the dog, the surrounding fields were great, as well as the terrace. We were very happy about the goodies. The tranquility was wonderful. Parking was always good, even with two cars. Because I hadn't read the description carefully, I was surprised at first by the quails and chickens in the yard and garden, but they didn't bother me at all. 😅 Everything was very straightforward and the answers were always very quick. We'll be back!🙌?

This is one of the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house, very spacious, bright and airy. We were very comfortable, almost like being at home. The stay was with our team members and they loved it as well. Loved the fact that there were exercise equipment indoors as well as the swings in the garden allowed me to do my daily exercises. The office and work spaces meant members could do their work in their rooms with privacy if wished. The open plan layout suited us too as we could gather for meals, chats and discussions.

Small but nice! Very clean and inviting studio. Everything was clean and the location is great, right at Cologne's Neumarkt. The neighborhood can be noisy during the day, but you can sleep peacefully at night. 💤 Selo was very friendly and flexible. I'd do it again anytime! 🫶

Kevin’s place is convenient to find and there are supermarkets ard. Also there are quite a variety of restaurants ard. His place is beautiful and comfortable to stay! My Parents loved his apartment a lot!
