Ayman met us at the villa, arranged all the required transfers and documents as well as being willing to assist with essentials on arrival. Was very happy to assist with things we asked about. So don’t be afraid to ask. The villa is lovely, in a great location. We have stayed in a number of Egyptian villas and this one is as clean and equip as any I have stayed in. The BBQ area was especially good, best I’ve had in El Gouna. The WiFi was adequate for keeping in touch with home but sometimes had issues connecting via VPN if you are planning to work. The pool was great but being unheated I would say October was the very latest you would want to visit in the year in order to use the pool for any period of time. Overall I would have no problem recommending this villa and would happily stay again. Thanks for everything

Nours place is very nice, and clean. Bali is great if you need privacy and calmness. Pool is clean and very enjoyable. Nour is very responsive and helpful throughout all the stay. will sure come again insha'Allah

Just amazing

I strongly recommend this rental if you are looking for a Gouna getaway. It's beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, lots of seating inside and out. The pool was clean when we got there and received regular maintenance during our stay. There are several outdoor seating areas, and an outdoor shower. The Lagoon view is beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt secure rhe whole time. One note - the pillows were very fluffy, which was hard for my Mother who is accustomed to a flat pillow. Otherwise, this place was perfect. The host gave us his direct contact and when I had questions, he responded immediately. The villa is close to many amenities and when we needed to, we were able to request an Uber within 5-10 minutes. We also took a TokTok home on a couple of occasions. Oh, we ordered groceries from Gourmet, which is right outside the entrance of the compound, and then once walked over and got coffee. This was a phenomenal rental experience.

We had a truly amazing stay at this villa. The location is unbeatable — literally right by the beach, and the view from the rooftop in the morning is just breathtaking. The house itself is spotless, beautifully furnished, and has everything you could possibly need — you can really feel how much care was put into setting it up. Our host was fantastic: super kind, helpful, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were totally smooth, and she was always quick to share great recommendations when we needed them. The villa also has a dedicated parking spot, is just 5 minutes by car from shops and restaurants, and honestly, the whole price-performance ratio was better than anything else we found in Gouna. I’d come back in a heartbeat — maybe even just to stay at this place again. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous holiday in Joe’s place and he was an amazing host, really helpful before and during our trip. The villa is located in a great setting on the lagoon and it was useful to be able to have the pool heated in December. The outdoor furniture ensured a comfortable space to relax at ground and upper level. Joe provided excellent recommendations for activities and tours as well as local knowledge about transport and places to eat. This made the holiday extra fun and special for us. El Gouna is a superb holiday location with a beautiful marina area and downtown for a stroll, drink or food. Joe helped make this one of our holidays of a lifetime and I’m sure we will return in the future. I’d highly recommend Joe’s place.

The villa exceeded my expectations—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with everything one might need. I especially appreciated the welcome fruit basket, the house guidebook with clear instructions and local tips, and the fully equipped kitchen stocked with modern gadgets, spices, filter coffee, and dishwasher pods—everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside for me was the lack of public or free beaches. Most beaches either have a high minimum spend or charge an entry fee on top of that, and lagoon access is limited to the units directly in front of them. That said, this reflects El Gouna’s overall design and business model, not the villa itself. The villa’s private pool made up for it in my case, though it was a bit of a bummer for some family members who were hoping for beach access. Lastly, I just want to say that Axel and Philippe’s attention to detail, smooth communication, and warm hospitality truly made the stay special. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is faithful to the description, the villa is quite spacious, quiet, the pool pleasant. It is very secure like the whole city of el gouna. We called our host for services, he always responded to us quickly. Note that the villa is 8 minutes from the lively center, and to get around there is a tuktuk system with a single rate that is not expensive at all and very simple to order. Good experience.

Good location and nice house. It had everything we needed. Cleanliness was pretty okay. The hosts were helpful and nice.

A great place to relax and unwind. My favourite part was opening the door in the morning and having a dip in the lagoon. The pool was less than a minute walk and the panoramic view from it was amazing. Ahmed was a wonderful host, very helpful and so easy to communicate with. The place was lovely, cozy and it felt like home. Will definitely be visiting again. 10/10 would reccommend
