Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Huntington Park

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

This place was amazing for my 16 day stay. I was traveling from FL to California, due to work and this was everything as advertised. The place was in the best of the best location. The balcony has the most gorgeous view and the unit was super clean and fancy and the bonus bedroom was a plus as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in the heart of downtown LA. You will not be disappointed all around.

Overall a pretty cool place to stay, host was great and easy to work with, everything was well stocked, and had lots of different types of coffee available for us. Not Leon's fault, just word of warning to people looking that could possibly have issues: the toilet is really close to the wall, so could be a little uncomfortable for bigger guests. The beds are also really low to the ground, and the parking spot behind the house is a tight turn, so a larger vehicle will probably have issues. Also slightly difficult to back out of, as the streets are small and cars are always parked, so its somewhat of a blind corner when pulling out. If none of this applies to you, then you're gonna have a great time.

This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in yet. My group and I immediately noticed a nice, fresh smell when we checked in. Rebecca was super nice and responsive. This Airbnb had everything we needed for the weekend and we felt right at home. The area is a nice, quiet residential area and felt safe as well.

It was fun quick stay in LA, everything was clear and convenient. Easy parking spot, laundry. Smack in the middle of everything!

From the beginning of the booking until the day of check out, Jonathon was nothing short of professional, friendly, and accommodating. The view is breathtaking along with the aesthetics of the place and I will absolutely be checking to see if this space is available any time I come back to the city. Absolutely convenient location for the city whether you’re planning a day in little Tokyo or you want to spend a day with the stars in Hollywood! Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.
