Welcome to the very clean HB Starfish cottage. You will be staying in a private one bedroom apartment w/ its own separate entrance upstairs. You will access your cottage via a lockbox. It’s 700 sq ft . We live below and can interact with you as much or as little as you like. Your space has a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area and a kitchen. (no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a small privatdeck to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

I had a wonderful stay at Ngoc’s place. The home was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Ngoc was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I've stayed at Lucy's place twice and both times it was a clean, friendly, comfortable experience. The guest bedrooms are nicely outfitted with fridge and microwave and cute decor. Coming and going, I sometimes saw no one. Other times, I saw the family and we exchanged small talk and were then on our way. Very pleasant overall.

James is a great host. I enjoyed my stay in Costa Mesa and even made new friends. If the map routes you incorrectly, enter the coordinates that James provides instead of the address. Map app sent me to the wrong side of the street when I used the address but the coordinates worked great. Check in was easy.
