Peacefully located on a large natural plot in the 2nd row to the Kattegat. Only 100 meters from the water with access via a shared beach staircase. Cozy, year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with a large, bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and a tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property, there is a playhouse for the children. There is wireless internet (fibernet). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linens and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
