Lynæs harbor has a fantastic swimming area for year-round swimming, rental of surfing equipment and a private sauna as well as beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet cottage area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded plot with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. Here's room for everyone, whether you want to put a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to the garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. På Sjællands prægtige nordkyst ligger dette charmerende hus på i alt 107 m2 inklusiv den store udestue. Huset er lyst, velindrettet i nordisk stil og ligger i et roligt område med en smuk badestrand. Gennem den hyggelige skovsti kommer du på kort tid til en af Sjællands bedste badestrande. Fra områdets skrænter kan I nyde de enestående solnedgange, hvor havets farve forvandles i røde og gule nuancer inden solen forsvinder ned i havet. Huset har fået bygget NYT charmerende badeværelse i 2022!

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
