Holiday rentals with lake access in Humphreys County

Owner was responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Had made some improvements before we arrived on the deck and was mindful of our pups mobility needs. They checked on us after each windstorm that came through, and quickly provided alternative options after a tree crashed onto the carport.

Our time at Courtney’s Airbnb, was outstanding. She was very proactive with instructions and recommendations. The house has great views, and is in immaculate condition. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

We have stayed here 2 times so far, and are very pleased with both of them. Looking forward to going back. Chuck the host is very responsive to all your needs and questions. He is outstanding in my book.

Donna was a very kind and responsive host! Her home was very peaceful and very nice! Plenty of activities within the house to keep you occupied and everything about it was so comfortable! Everything was as listed and as shown in the pictures, beautiful view and lots of space! Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Joanna was very friendly and helpful. She even had several snacks waiting on the kitchen counter. Highly pleased with our time there. The place was clean and you notice that as you open the door and smell the fresh scent. Plenty of seating, inside and out. There is a grill and a smoker, and charcoal. For a fish camp type place, this is beyond what you would expect. The house is very much in the middle of nowhere. If you're outside at night, and quiet, you will likely hear deer moving through the woods around you. You will forget you have neighbors until you go back down the hill. There are not a ton of places to eat in or around Waverly, but I strongly recommend the Rusty Rooster. It is the kind of place where all the locals go to eat, and that's the type of restaurant I usually choose. Great southern food and wonderful service.

We recently came to Camden to attend a wedding and had a great 2 night stay at Lakefront Perch. Lydia was very responsive and sent us easy instructions to access the home. The location right on the Tennessee River is beautiful and we enjoyed the river view each morning from the great room as we drank our coffee. Speaking of coffee, Lydia already had both coffee grounds and Keurig pods stocked for us to use as well as bottles of water and snacks. After a 10 hour drive, it was nice to not have to go find a grocery store to pick up those few items. There was more than enough space for our party of 11 without feeling crowded at all. The home has 3 bedrooms and a basement level with its own living area, bunk beds and day bed. The host even provides a stack of extra blankets to use if you need additional layers. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the kitchen amenities or outdoor areas, but we hope to return again for a longer stay in the future.

Absolutely stunning views. Very private and just a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back and recommend this location.

We had a great stay at Melissa‘s place! The weather didn’t really cooperate for us, but the cabin was so cozy, and the hot tub is under a covered porch so everything worked out. There was plenty of seating and several bedrooms so this was a great place for our family of four, but it would also work for a larger group.
