The house was very beautiful and bigger than shown in the photos. In addition, it was stylishly furnished, cozy and the complex is beautifully landscaped. The contact with Marijn was super fast and straightforward from the booking to the day of departure. You always have to sit in the car to discover something, but the cities of Doesburg and in particular Zutphen give numerous shops, restaurants and beautiful alleys. It is an absolute recommendation overall.

It was very nice days to switch off. Outside on the terrace you had space on the terrace or on the dock directly on the water to enjoy your coffee in the morning or have your beer in the evening. The place was also great! Especially the complex/park was really very nice. Would love to vacation with you again ☺️

Hi, we were here for an extended weekend. We were immediately in a positive mood due to the communication with Silke, who was super likeable from the first minute. Super pleasant start with key handover at the reception. There were a lot of people speaking German, no matter where, whether at the registration, in the restaurant, on the beach or wherever in the super cute kiosk at the park, and they were all very sweet. The best thing about all this wonderful house right on the lake. 2 minutes and you can start relaxing and having fun in the water right at the dog beach. In the photos, we first thought the garden was unfortunately not fenced, but NO, the garden is fenced!!! That was ultra cool. Beware, small dogs (like my dachshund lady) find a way to the lake under the terrace. There is a vacancy here, but maybe your people are better educated and are not looking for extinguishers:D The house simply offers a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy life! Will definitely come back ♡

We had four adults and two children stay at Henrietta’s place. It was a a great space, with room for everyone. Charming, comfy beds, clean and had all amenities we needed. The location is brilliant and a great spot to explore the beautiful city of Deventer. Henrietta was incredibly responsive, allowing us firstly shift and then to extend our stay. When asked she also allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Highly recommend this as a spot for a small group to visit Deventer.

We (2 people and a dog) had a great week at the "Waterlodge". It was very quiet and private. The dog was able to discover many different paths and make beautiful excursions by car. Harderwijk is highly recommended for this (cute shops, small beach, nice old town, dolphinarium).

Great tiny house, very quiet location, just a short walk from the water. Two bicycles are available, which are perfect for riding to the train station, from where you can be in Amsterdam Centraal in about 25 minutes. Bart Jan was very friendly and gave me the tip to buy the Amsterdam & Surroundings ticket (€41.50 for 3 days as much as you want Train, bus, tram). I spent very relaxed days there and would come back if I was drawn to Amsterdam again. Thank you!

Nelleke was a super host from start to finish! The communication was always smooth and helpful, and questions were always answered quickly and far beyond our hopes. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and designed, it includes everything you need as a family and also the surroundings. If we are allowed, we will be happy to come back. Markus is a great host and took excellent care of all concerns or questions and answered them super quickly. The location of the house in the park is great, everything is within walking distance and parking in front of the door is also no problem. All in all, we were very please with everything!

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view. Definitely worth the visit if you are looking for a place to relax between nature! Very nice to be able to sit in a whirlpool under the stars 😍 Jerry was also very friendly and responsive to all our questions and need. Highly recommend!

Had a great vacation! The house leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the sea is fantastic. Everything in the house is clean and tidy . In the immediate vicinity, you will find a lot of things to do and there are also shopping opportunities. We will be happy to come back !

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Located with a direct view of a side bay a little off the public beach, which leads to a very quiet environment. All the unidirectional features work perfectly, but you have to go on a little discovery for vacuum cleaners and fans 😉 All in all a really great stay in a very very nice place.

The 4 of us spent a long weekend at John's house and were completely satisfied. The house had the necessary equipment and was relatively simple and modern as described in the photos. A good place to escape everyday life.

Eveline and Stefan are wonderful hosts. They will respect your privacy, but will be happy to help you get to know the area. The cottage is room and clean. Very quiet. Location couldn't be better either; on a bend of Amsterdam. Totally top.

Small is beautiful! Appartement might be small, but well thought out. I loved being able to sit outside looking at the river. surroundings are quiet and the locals very friendly - same for Bianca who was an excellent host, approachable yet never interfering, helpful and kind, even doing wash for me. Although I had no problems with it myself, I would say the place is not advisable for small children or elderly people due to the quirky staircase to the bedroom.

Very nice that we could rent the cottage for 1 night during Christmas.

A true airbnb: a real family house with story, some scars and lots of soul. The hosts make everything for you to feel at home and at ease. You will find all you need in the house - fully equipped kitchen, big tables for family meals, kids paradise with trampoline, lots of toys and treashures in the garden shed. Cozy garden and reading corners for relaxing. Big public parking in front, grocery shop just accross, coffee place on the corner, beach and park within 3 min walk... Everything was easy and the area was safe and quiet. Interesting places to visit around, only our agenda was full this time. Maybe next year.

Would thoroughly recommend. Ramona is a superb host. We had a lovely stay, the house was clean and comfortable. The option to rent bikes was great, the country side is ideal for cycling around. We will definitely rent again on our next visit to Holland.

We were on site with three adults and one toddler. The 2nd bedroom was a bit small so the child had to sleep with in the bed. But that wasn't a real problem. We felt very comfortable & we didn't miss anything. The accommodation is highly recommended and will also be booked again by us on occasion!

The house of Wessel and Maud is very stylishly furnished and well located. You can quickly walk to the Lidl and the hearty center of Huizen. In addition, Huizen is in a great location, you are within 30-45 minutes by car in great cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, etc. and on beautiful beaches such as Wijk an de See and Zandervort. Wessel is very friendly and always responds very quickly. We had a very nice time. 🥰
