Villa holiday rentals in Huddinge

We had a wonderful week at Julia’s beautiful home. It was just two adults and our daughter, but there was plenty of room for more, and we comfortably hosted some friends with kids for dinner one night. So nice being able to walk out the back door into the woods and the nearby small lake. Our 2yr old loved the toys, flowers, records, and books around the house. I enjoyed the sauna in the basement and the views out of every window surrounded by trees and other homes but feeling very private. We cooked every day and found the kitchen very comfortable with all tools and cookware we needed. In short, this is a wonderful family friendly home and we would happily return here again. Thank you Julia for sharing your home with us!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found something special. The house is great, tastefully styled, and every bit as gorgeous as the photos. Each morning we woke to breathtaking views, and the setting struck a perfect balance, blissfully quiet yet only a short, easy drive to the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man nicht direkt in Stockholm wohnen möchte. Man braucht ungefähr 45 in die Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeber:in war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Mycket fint och mysigt hus med flera fräscha, rena och ombonade rum. Stor härlig trädgård, underbara omgivningar med fina promenadvägar både på grusvägar och i skogen. Nära kommunala färdmedel och en bra matbutik. Bra och tydlig information från Jimmy och Pernilla, lätta att få kontakt med och stor omtanke mot våra hundar som välkomnades med vatten- och matskålar, hundpåsar, fästingborttagare och klosax! Vi är otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer mer än gärna tillbaka. Rekommenderar varmt detta fina och fantastiska boende - särskilt till er med husdjur! / Linda & Co.

Otrolig plats med fantastisk utsikt. Huset är mer än välutrustad och Anders såg till att hjälpa oss komma igång med bastu, spabad och grill!

We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

My friends and I had a peaceful and cozy time celebrating Christmas at Fredrika’s place. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Families with children will surely find this place great.

We stayed at Carol's place with 10 friends to celebrate our friends hen's do. The villa was amazing for this, loved the big spacious livingroom and the pool, jaccuzi and the sauna. We also really enjoyed cooking together in the big kitchen and kitchen isalnd. The massage chair was a hit as well! Everything was clean and Carol was so friendly and responded quick to our questions. Thanks a lot Carol, we hope to visit your place again!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem superschönen Haus verbracht. Johan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Das Haus ist problemlos mit dem Zug oder Taxi von Stockholm aus erreichbar. Es hat eine herrliche Lage mit einer grossen, gemütlichen Veranda mit einmaliger Sicht in den Sonnenuntergang sowie einen grossen Garten von dem aus man direkt zum Schwimmen ins Wasser gehen kann. Das Haus ist super stilvoll eingerichtet, man kann sich herrlich erholen! Einkaufsläden und Restaurants und eine feine Gelateria sind in max 5-10min Gehdistanz. Johan ist überaus hilfsbereit, hat für unsere Ankunft alles perfekt vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sofort und sehr herzlich reagiert! Ich hoffe bald wiederzukommen und bin sehr glücklich, dieses Airbnb gefunden zu haben und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Kan absolutt anbefale et opphold i boligen til Fredrik. Fantastisk hus med romslige omgivelser. Idyllisk beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og passe avstand til Stockholm sentrum.

We absolutely loved the house, and its stunning views. Malin was very responsive, helpful and friendly. This place is quite a treat!!!

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

We spent a wonderful week in Patrik's beach house. We were looking for a quiet place, in the middle of nature and yet close to the city. It was a perfect combination: Stockholm 30 minutes by car (buses are also offered), but at the same time you are in the middle of nature, together with deers and other animals. The view from Patrik's house to the sea and the archipelago is fantastic and you never get tired of the view. The house itself is wonderful, charming and characteristic. It reminded us of a Lexington commercial... very harmonious and stylish. We even stayed in the house and enjoyed it (not just for sleeping like elsewhere). Inside there are 4 bedrooms, a double room and 3 singles with huge, comfortable beds (140 cm and 180 cm in the double room respectively). There is so much space to live. We also enjoyed the garden and the view from the different places around the house (there are three dining areas outside)! Everything was just beautiful! We really relaxed!

We had a marvelous time at Fatimas House with the gorgious huge garden It's the perfect place to stay, if you look for a mixture of nature and Cityliving. A lake only a few minutes walk away and the busstation nearly in front of the door. Fatima is a perfect host, who had a lot of Tips for our stay in Stockholm and even picked us up at the Station. Tima, thank you su much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

Vi hade verkligen en fantastisk helg i detta fina hus. Välutrustat kök, mysiga sällskapsytor både inne och ute och en härlig pool! Hoppas att kanske kunna komma tillbaka men då med familjen ☀️

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Thank You Therese!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta lyxiga hus! Boendet överträffade alla våra förväntningar med sina högkvalitativa faciliteter. Huset är mycket fint och välutrustat med allt man kan önska sig, inklusive en pool och en jacuzzi som vi verkligen njöt av. Den utmärkta grillen var perfekt för våra kvällar, och närheten till naturen skapade en rogivande atmosfär. Badplatsen som ligger bara två minuters promenad bort var helt underbar och gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Huset var också mycket rent och väl underhållet, och städning ingick vilket gjorde allt ännu smidigare. Vår värd, Linnea, bidrog starkt till att göra vår vistelse minnesvärd. Hon var alltid tillgänglig och otroligt flexibel, vilket uppskattades mycket. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Dieses Haus ist einfach unglaublich! So eine tolle Lage, richtig schöne Aussicht und super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder mit meiner Familie hier her kommen. Frederika war als Gastgeberin äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen! Danke für alles!

Nach 2 Wochen Reisen durch Schweden haben wir eine Woche in Nynäshamn in dieser tollen Villa genossen. Die Einrichtung war super und inspirierend. Das Haus ist sehr gross und jedes der Kinder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der grossen Terrasse. Es gibt dort auch die Möglichkeit für Fitness mit Hanteln :-). Wir haben vielen Tipps von Helen und Niclas für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Wir empfehlen bei Lövhagen ein Kajak zu mieten für eine schöne Tour in den Schären. Auch empfehlenswert in der Ute-Express ab Nynäshamn nach Alö oder Utö - allenfalls dort dann Fahrräder mieten. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft dort sehr geschätzt.

Jättefint hus med spaanläggning i lugnt villaområde. Utsikt med solnedgången över Vallentunasjön. Ligger på gränsen till Täby så nära att åka från Stockholms innerstad. Karolina var hjälpsam och svarade snabbt när jag hade frågor.
