The Coach House, luxury near York with EV charging

Summer, Visit York and surrounding areas in the sunshine. Enjoy luxury accommodation in a desirable location near York, Harrogate and Castle Howard. Our converted barn in landscaped gardens, has two double bedrooms, the main having cast iron free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. The open plan kitchen and living space is an ideal living area, with another quiet sitting room on the first floor overlooking the gardens, our house being adjacent. We also have a 7kW EV charging point.

Cheeky Chicken Cottage, York, (Jacuzzi Hot Tub)

Jacuzzi Hot Tub Cottage near York, sleeps 4, is based on our private Animal Sanctuary (With rescued donkeys, ducks, chickens, goats, sheep, bunnies, horses, tortoises, guinea pigs, in a rural quiet farming village, Huby, 6 miles from York. Smart TV, fully packed kitchen, outer lawned/paddock areas, plus your own private garden with Jacuzzi Hot Tub! (Use 10am-10.30pm) We are unique, and can offer you a haven of peace/quiet. We also have a camping paddock and Glamping Lodge for hire.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

The Shepherds Cottage, Stillington, York

Nestled in the charming village of Stillington near York, this cosy cottage offers a peaceful countryside escape. Relax by the log-burning stove or stroll to one of two friendly local pubs serving delicious food. For nights in, enjoy a village takeaway. Surrounded by scenic walks and just 10 miles from York’s historic centre, it’s ideal for exploring. Helmsley’s lovely market town is close by too. Perfect for couples or small families—well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed.

Countryside location near to York

Nestled in the countryside just outside York, 'The Kennel' is a relaxing and peaceful retreat. This small but perfectly formed self-contained annex is set in three acres of newly planted woodland in which you can often see the Barn, Tawny and Little Owls visiting to be fed from the feeding posts, garden, small orchard, wildlife pond and apiary housing up to 8 beehives which provide us with some delicious honey. To the rear of the property is a Whisky and Gin Distillery.

The Retreat

The Retreat is set in a rural location and has lots of original features with a modern feel. With ample off road parking and close to the Stillington-Easingwold road its the perfect base to come back to after a visit to the many local attractions. The market town of Easingwold is 2 miles away and the City of York is 12 miles. The North York moors are close to hand and if you fancy venturing further you have the coast and the Yorkshire dales
