Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hrazdan

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

En globalité, la location s'est très bien passé. La terrasse est géniale ! Nous avons passé pas mal de temps sur cette terrasse, nous avons fait du barbecue, écouté la musique etc. Bref c'était très bien!(il y tous pour faire du barbecue, une grille, des brochette en acier, il y a même une sèche-cheveux pour souffler sur les braises ) La maison est un peu plus petite qu'on l'imaginait d'après les photos, surtout l'espace cuisine/salle de main. Mais au final on n'y pas passé beaucoup de temps. On a surtout passé du temps dans la cour avec la terrasse couverte et dans la chambre, qui est bien spacieuse. La maison est proche du centre, le parc central est accessible en 10-15 min. Bref, n'hésitez pas à choisir ce logement, surtout si vous souhaitez faire du barbecue dans la cour à pleine air et manger sur la terrasse à plusieurs. Si vous voulez avoir un expérience appartement avec tout le confort d'un appartement - cette location n'est pas la plus adaptée pour vous! Cordialement.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

Ogromny, przestronny dom z dużym ogrodem, miejscem parkingowym, grillem i dużym stołem do biesiadowania na zewnątrz. Świetna opcja dla dużej rodziny lub grupy znajomych. Do największych atrakcji Garni jest kawałek - konieczny jest dłuższy spacer, ewentualnie taksówka lub własne auto. Blisko jest za to do okolicznych sklepików z dobrym zaopatrzeniem. W domu jest wszystko co potrzeba. Mili i bardzo pomocni gospodarze. Jeżeli podróżujecie po Armenii, to miejsce jest zdecydowanie godne polecenia, żeby wieczorem w spokoju odpocząć po długim zwiedzaniu.

Amazing experience. Armine was exceptionally friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Super responsive and super kind, I even got to try homemade Armenian dolma! Entire family was very polite and respectful. House is in a great location, great views of Yerevan and grear value, plus the bus stop in front of the house is convenient. If I ever come back to Armenia I will absolutely stay again 💕💕

Mikayels attention to details was extraordinary, his care and attention to detail was fantastic. The home was well kept and maintained, the facilities in the property were great and everything I needed was there. I can only say he made everything easy, the location is close to the shops and gyms. I would highly recommend this place! And I will be back in the near future to stay. Thank you for everything.

Очень хорошая квартира в классном доме, комфортная, просторная. Большой балкон с автоматической крышей. Удобные матрасы. Все работает - стиральная машинка, посудомойка, духовка, кофемашина. Владельцы заселили нас в поздний час, привезли, то что попросили из недостающего. Все было четко и вежливо. Большое спасибо!

Amalya is an extremely welcoming host. We arrived at 5 am in the morning and she met us at the place with a welcoming pie! This is the house in a village, yes, it has it's pros and cons. It's fresh and calm air just 2 minutes walk from the most epic views Jrvesh park and 15 minutes walk throught the forest to Woods Center - a modern coworking space. Outside that it's a village without much infrastructure. It's way cooler then in Yerevan itself during hot days. Recommend for a monthly stay for a nomad to mix with working at Woods Center and enjoying forest walks like me.

Nice and tidy apartment,so clean…kitchenware are at minimum requirements but ok.

Хорошая квартира. До центра Цахкадзора 1.5км, до подъемника 2.7км, всё можно пройти пешком, но такси тоже работают. В доме есть небольшой магазинчик. Вокруг холмы, лес, чистый воздух. В квартире было тепло, несмотря на мороз -20 ночью на улице. Спасибо хозяевам!

Nice and cozy place

An absolutely magical stay! The cabin is nestled in the forest near the mountains, offering breathtaking views and a deep sense of peace. I especially loved spending time with the friendly dogs—they quickly became my companions and made the experience even more special. I recently stayed at a beautiful house in Ohanavan and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, with all the rooms neat, cozy, and well-maintained. One of the best features was the private hot pool, which is part of the house — perfect for relaxing at any time. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking nature, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to enjoy comfort and natural beauty at the same time. A big thank you to the Amaranocstaff for their professionalism, care, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return!

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights while visiting Armenia (mid December) was exactly what we were looking for, a private and peaceful hut with all amenities you could ask for. Vahe the host was easy to contact and met us on arrival to show us around. The hut itself was cosy but spacious, there was only two of us but would be perfect for another couple had we came with others. The location is perfect for traveling to see lake sevan and further afield. The hot tub was ideal and was more than hot enough to sit in -11 and be comfortable. The rest of the garden (fire pit, bbq and seating area) we didn't utilise due to the cold weather but would be amazing in the summer. Added bonus for us there was a lovely dog that came and visited the hut, I appreciate that may not be everyone's ideal situation. All in all I couldn't fault anything here, apart from some building work in the area but that cannot be controlled by the host. 10/10 for me!

I’ve spent a lovely week in this historical place, these cottages used to be residences for the worldwide famous composers and musicians of 20th century. The cottage is located in the woods, on a hillside with a mountain stream at the bottom. There is a terrace with a stunning view and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. You feel a great level of privacy there, the next cottage is far away and you barely would meet a single person during the whole day. The area is very quiet and beautiful, you easily find breathtaking spots to gorgeous landscapes and mountains there. Taxi works fine, there is even food delivery from Dilijan restos. The cottage itself is very cosy and modern, renovated recently, with fine tuned grand piano inside (was important for me, I was looking a place to practice myself). Karen, the owner, is a super nice person, very friendly and helpful. Treated me as his personal guest, arrived with local food and wine. He showed me Dilijan attractions personally, introduced me to his friends and then we had a very nice dinner all together in Erevan. True Armenian hospitality. Strongly recommend to everyone.
