Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hrazdan

Ani's house was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook and have an excellent time. The view was simply extraordinary. The building is surrounded by nature, and the yard has a playground. A great time is guaranteed. You can be reached from the building to the center in a few minutes by car, and it is also a pleasant way to walk. I'm so glad I discovered this house. I will be back soon 🤗

The flat is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and located on one of the most important streets in Yerevan. It has good access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc; most of Kentron's important places are easily walkable, including the museums, Republic Square, and the Opera. The rooms are clean, the balcony is nice (and has a good view), and the flat came with all equipment and facilities I needed. Overall, it was very good for my stay in Yerevan.

I had a very cozy and convenient stay, I felt like it was home! Roomy, modern, clean, easy to keep clean, no rats or mice etc etc. Safe neighborhood that is close to EVERYTHING, no need for metro or bus to see the city center or to get to shops that I needed. The apartment was comfortable and cool despite being hot outside and I didn't need the air conditioner often because no hot sunlight came in the window which was also good because I could sleep better. With windows open, no street noises, no loud traffic, trains, or busy city sounds, just very cozy sounds like wind, birds and children playing; close the widow and hear nothing at all... Host was very quick to make my stay as cozy as possible! We had a language barrier as I didn't speak Armenian nor Russian and still she went out of her way to make sure I was happy! Only thing is some small details could be taken care of (Having toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap when I arrive & a fully working TV remote. Volume sound and channels ok, but no HDMI option for laptops etc etc), but over all I will consider staying there again for next time now that I am familiar with and know the location... Highly recommended. The apartment is 100% as photos. It is new and well decorated with a modern design. It is located at the 14th floor with a great view to Ararat mountain. It is located in a quiet area with a distance of 6 km to city center,reachable by a taxi or a bus passing in front of the building. Bakery,pharmacy and mini market located directly next to it with 10 seconds walking. Armen is a super host, a trustful and helpful person. He is ready to do anything you ask for, always responsive and ready to meet all your desires

The most important thing you should know about this apartment is that it actually has a private bathroom, not a shared one! The second is that this lot is great overall. Despite it is a hostel, we were provided such hotel items as robes and slippers, and the room even had floor heating (which we've mixed up with a/c — do not repeat our mistake). There is also a terrace where you can chill with drinks and food from a restaurant downstairs — which I also recommend to visit, they serve delicious food and have explicit Italian vibe! Last but not least, Arthur is a great host, caring and attentive. Our stay was 10/10, looking forward for coming back.

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

This house everything you need for a a most comfortable extended stay. Excellent amenities, very clean and tidy, and it couldn't offer a better location to access any place in Yerevan. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything you'd crave, and there's a barbecue grill in the garden, fully operational for outdoor cooking. A special thank you for a fascinating library and the fitness room. Would definitely come back again!

Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, hervorragender Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist blitz sauber. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Zara war fast jederzeit erreichbar und hat sofort auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

My daughter travelled for an ITF tournament and stayed in the apartment. She had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The location was absolutely scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat!
