Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically close to the seaside. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes of walking away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (sleeps 2). Max 6 persons.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . Free parking is available

Spisebord med klaff som kan slås ut slik at man kan sitte flere rundt bordet. To sovesofaer. En hemnes dagseng og en BEDinside sovesofa. Bad med toalett, servant, dusj og vaskemaskin. Egen inngang med egen veranda. Perfekt for turer til Dyreparken, så nært at man i det fjerne kan høre Sabeltanns kanoner!

Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic surroundings in Høvåg Only 20 min drive from Dyreparken/Kristiansand. Cabin with annex is unashamedly located at the end of dead end road, west facing and sunny on a plateau with a great view. Private bathing area and swimming with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going on a visit to Sørland or in the Zoo, this is a great option.

Sea view and nice beaches around

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Apartment in a new detached house built in 2020 with Blindleia as the nearest neighbor. 75 m from the sea. Morning sun on your own patio in front of the apartment. Own bathing jetty and swimming pool on the property. Great hiking trails in the area. 4 km to shop. 15 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. 25 minutes to Kristiansand and 20 minutes to idyllic Lillesand. The apartment is soundproof, but not 100% soundproof.
