Sleeps 6 with fully furnished kitchen, and ample parking space for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station and crab boiling and fish frying equipment provided. Pets allowed for $40 fee. Free wifi. Our retreat is an hour and 30 minutes from New Orleans.

Completely renovated in 2016, this 100 year old Cajun Cypress house is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in historic downtown Houma. Walking distance to the park/marina and restaurants. Enjoy sitting on the back porch or deck overlooking the water while watching the many different types of boat traffic go by. The views are awesome! If you want an idea of how Louisiana must have been in years gone by, this is it! Pets have to be approved by me $150 pet fee is added if approved.

ACCURATELY list guests/pets when booking. If you do weed (even medical) or smoke/vape inside, we are NOT your place. Our beautiful log apt. is attached to our house but has its own separate entrance. It's close to airport, stores, LA History. Safe suburb of N.O. ,30 mins to French Quarter. We are best for non smokers, furry friends (dogs must be walked on leash) Filled with amenities.
