Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Houlgate

From the beginning a warm welcome from Julie, and a warm feeling when entering the house. A beautiful, cozily furnished house, with all amenities. Located in a quiet, green area. Plenty of privacy, large garden where the children could play. The location of the house is convenient, to combine with trips in Normandy. Such as the landing beaches, Honfleur. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, an experience not to forget!!

La Petite Maison was a perfect choice for a short stay, for two people, near the Normandy beaches. There is a very comfortable bed. The kitchen area is small, but had everything we needed. The fridge was very efficient, even during such hot weather. We made much use of the delightful outside space, enjoying breakfast and apéros sat in the sun. We spent three lovely days in Lion-sur-Mer, and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. Thank you Marie-Françoise.

Great Stay. This was our second time here and we really enjoyed the stay. Close to the town with lots of restaurants and bars. Close to the beach which was breathtaking. Safe secure garden and loved the hot tub ! Thank you.

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

We have had nice days in Palmiras charming house and garden. A very personal and nice accommodation. High standard on everything from kitchen to bathroom and beds. Palmira has been accommodating in every way and we can highly recommend a stay here. Quiet, private and close to walk to both the center, Houlgate and Cabourg.

Such a beautiful stay at Evelyne’s place. Gite is exactly like the photos and the garden and pool area is stunning.

Isabelle and Alain are extremely attentive and discreet hosts at the same time. The house is very nice: remarkably clean, neat decor, good bedding and a well-equipped kitchen. The exterior is peaceful overlooking a lovely garden with no neighbors. We had a great time at Renée's on their recommendation, thank you! We'll be happy to go back!

If this place is available, don't hesitate! Everything is perfect! It is not only functional but also tastefully furnished and offers breathtaking views. It is located a few minutes from the beach and the city center. As for our hosts, in addition to being pleasant, they are available like Delphine. We had a great time. Thank you. Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) The communication was completely unproblematic. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I have not found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space is available. Thank you for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the wonderful terrace :-)

We had a very pleasant stay in Marie Danielle's beautiful apartment facing the sea with direct access to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing place with large terrace and breathtaking sea views. Cozy, clean and bright apartment, very comfortable bedding. Our host is a charming, discreet lady who gives good advice. The location is ideal and close to all amenities. What a disconnect! We can't wait to go back.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

We loved the sea views. The apartment is very nice.

The apartment was cozy and really well furnished - nothing was missing! Good beds. The neighborhood was quiet, beach nearby, private parking, good restaurants. And then the city was very charming, with an incredible number of old houses with half-timbering, towers and spires. I immediately got help when there was something I couldn't find. Highly recommended!

Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Nathalie is a kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in a nice and pleasant residence, easy to access by car or on foot. The balcony exposure with sea view is simply unforgettable.

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m and access to the center of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The residence is quiet despite being in the city center. Everything is doable on foot, which is very pleasant with young children. I recommend this little haven of peace in Cabourg!

We were delighted with our stay at Martine's! A very nice, welcoming, available and accommodating person! The apartment is ideally located, very clean, with all the necessary comforts for a couple and 50 meters from the beach! Not to mention Deauville, which is 10 minutes away, and the landing beaches, which are an hour's drive away! We highly recommend Martine for a romantic getaway :)

This is a lovely and well decorated flat overlooking the harbor. Cozy, but well equipped and we felt welcomed. The tub worked as advertised. The coffee machine was a plus. There was some challenge getting in; follow the instructions exactly and you’ll be ok. The location is central Deauville, with Honfleur and beaches nearby. Even a public Olympic pool. So the value here was great, and we would come back another time
