Hello, I am renting a renovated apartment located in the town of houlgate. It is very well located 300 m from the beach and 500 m from the town center. Ideal for two people see 3. The sofa turns into a real bed with two mattresses and a comfortable box spring. The small seaside resort of Houlgate is really well located next to Cabourg, 15 minutes from the first landing beaches and 20 minutes from Deauville. It is located on the 3rd floor and the household is not included. Private parking space.

2-room apartment with sea view from the bedroom and living room, 50 m from the beach, ideally located, in the city center of the seaside resort of Houlgate. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of shops, restaurants in the markets,the port of Dives with its fish market accessible on foot, casino, cinema as well as transport...bus (bus station is 400 M AWAY) . Lots of entertainment in summer. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator from an old hotel from the 1950s.
