Francisca’s place was wonderful. She was so helpful and responsive and let us arrive early too. The apartment had everything needed for 2 couples, including coffee, water, tea, beach towels. Air conditioning was great too. The location is perfect and walking distance to the beach and harbor and restaurants. We loved Faial and this apartment was a gem. Thank you Francisca!

Great stay at Patricia's, the accommodation is ideally located, close to Horta and the marina, with a very nice sea view. I recommend it!

One word sums up this listing "PERFECT" . Eunice was a lovely lady, who took time throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. She was not intusive, but corresponsed using text to check we were ok. Eunice provided more than she needed to and appeared to 'Go the extra mile' for us. She was a perfrct host. In fact this was the best Air B & B experience I have had. Eunice provided a clean, well furnished and equipped house. She provided extras I was not expecting. She had a lovely son, who stepped in when host was busy, just as a point of contact in case of a problem (there weren't any) It was reassuring to know. Location was quiet, felt safe and welcome. A beautiful stopover on the island of Pico. Large functional accommodation, very large for two, but it's nice to have space! We'll be back, that's for sure!

Our vacation with Grandma and Grandpa was a great experience on the island of Pico and in the wonderful house of James. The house with pool was our favorite in the selection, so there is something for everyone. View, swimming area, pool, cozy retreats in the house and in front of it. It has everything you want. Only the weather cannot be influenced and therefore we still have an account to settle with Montana de Pico. That's why we'll come back and, if possible, definitely to James'.

Absolutely stunning house and views - loved sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, plus the pool is amazing. Loved the traditional decor / furniture too.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed!! The island is already breathtaking but the location of the home, the view, and the pool made our experience on Pico even better. Ana and Benedita have been super accommodating and allowed me to change the dates during the pandemic. I finally was able to visit after two years and it was well worth the wait! If you are on the fence you need to book this stay. They also own a couple restaurants on the island, i highly recommend going to Magma for a nice meal overlooking the ocean!

We loved the thoughtful food items left for us. The beds are firm and comfortable, and the heaters kept us warm at night. The couch was also cozy, perfect for hours of reading and enjoying the solitude. Be cautious with the entrance—it’s a narrow, steep, one-way street. Large cars might get scratched or not fit at all. A small car is ideal, but one with a weak engine may struggle. Once parked, the space is great. Finding the house was tricky, as the GPS didn’t recognize the address, but we discovered two routes to get there. There’s no dryer, so drying clothes on the rack can be challenging, especially in rainy seasons. Bring quick-dry and waterproof clothing. Carlos and Manuela provided a helpful restaurant guide, though many were closed during our visit. We explored local spots and loved the food—Aromas and Sabores in Lajes is a must! If you seek peace and seclusion, this cozy place is perfect. We never met another person during our stay.

I was on Pico for the 7th time. After a 6-year break, Jonas' house was the best I could have found. It was just perfect. I was looking for a quiet, nature-connected location with good access to whale watching in Lajes. Joana even quickly brought me a hair dryer and a toaster and the bed was incredibly cozy. I slept with the window open and listened to the sea and the cagarros ❤️ Thank you for 12 days of paradise. I will definitely return! Greetings to you and your family, Joana. ❤️

Perfect place to stay in an idyllic place (facing the sea). Its location allowed us to shine throughout the island of Faial. Finally, Joao was very attentive, he is very professional and very friendly. Special mention, he speaks French:) If we return to Faial, we would not hesitate to take back this beautiful place!

We love the house. Marcelo was very friendly and hospitable. He welcomed us with a bottle of white wine, a loaf of bread, a big chunk of cheese, and a big bottle of water. He has provided lots of information regarding restaurants and sights. The house is very conveniently located. It is near the airport, close by to the ferry station and wine museum and restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

We loved staying at the house. We were 4 people and we had all the needs covered. Nadia's parents were very friendly with us and explained in detail everything the place had.

There were four of us in the apartment and everything was a perfect fit! Highly recommend!
