House holiday rentals in Horsforth

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

The house is amazing! It goes on forever and the rooms are huge and decorated beautifully. Really quiet, peaceful location with wonderful views. We only stayed for one night so didn’t really get the opportunity to make the most of the house - would definitely recommend for a family gathering or celebrating with friends.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tracy was really good at responding and nothing too much trouble. She had left some bits for us as we were late checking in which we had notified in advance. Great place to be. Thank you.

Only issue was there was only one roll of toilet paper , and the wifi didn’t seem to work but apart from that it was perfect

This was my second stay at James’ place, so hopefully that shows how much I’d recommend it. It’s really well fitted out, with everything you need for a short stay coupled with some luxurious touches. Check-in was easy and communication with the host is always very good. Location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, etc within walking distance but you’re not too far away from the city centre. Would highly recommend.

This home from home is exactly as described on the website. Bright and spacious and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Alan was a really helpful host, very good comms, the house was ideal for my needs, felt safe & comfortable, and very good value (esp considering the crazy prices the hotels were charging at that time!)

The property is nicely set up, comfortable, very clean and ideal for a visit to the area when you want to stretch out and have more space than a hotel offers. I’d return when in the area again. Neil is very responsive to any messages. Thanks for a good stay.

Home from home and cosy for the two of us, right in the center of Otley. Very walkable to all town has to offer. Large supermarket just across the road for self-catering provisions and free parking there for up to 4 hours. We moved car later to another free town carpark close by for 3 night stay. Private outdoor seating area for relaxing on a sunny day. Second visit, would return and recommend.

Our stay at the woodland's was great, you know the feeling you get when you are within your comfort zone, that was how I and my family felt while residing in the woodland property. We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a place to stay in for a short or long period.

We were a group of 4 friends celebrating a birthday, and we were looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful place where we could chill and switch off. This was the perfect place! Comfortable, clean, beautiful surroundings. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming with loads of local knowledge. This was a great base to head out for local activities but lovely to come back to for a relaxing evening. We would definitely return, thank you!

What an amazing place to stay. Cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. Beautiful home, and a lovely peaceful location, but not too far from main roads for day trips out. Lovely country lanes to walk the dog and not too far to get a park and ride into York for the day. The accommodation was spotless, and so beautiful, and had all the amenities you needed. We loved sitting on the sofa, watching out over the wildlife in the field. We wished we had booked to stay for longer as soon as we walked in! Great communication with the hosts. We really can’t wait to come back. Can’t recommend this stay enough! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. A few days away in the most tranquil setting. Little Glenville was perfect in every way. Every detail thought of and spotlessly presented.
