Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Lovely annex's scenic nestled by rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels included TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German Shepherd dog (Boris) who loves to have a visit.

Centralt i Horsens finder du dette nænsomt renoverede hus. Det bedste ved huset er køkkenet, hyggen og den stemningsfuld. Boligen er ikke et privat hjem. Sengetøj og håndklæder er inklusiv. Ingen morgenmad. Der er to enkelt senge i soveværelset. I stuen er det muligt at sove på sovesofaen, på en gæsteseng/gulvmadras. I "sommersoveværelset" er der 2 enkelt senge. Here you get a slice of the chambered "old" Juelsminde . The house was built in 1929. In the facade shop, I run a small cozy hairdresser salon, and in the “house” garage our adult daughter runs a flower shop, 🌺while the new refurbished back house + the first floor houses the 74m 'large holiday home. The flowery garden has two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecues can be enjoyed in the sunshine.

Lovely holiday apartment with possibility of tranquility and immersion. Located within walking distance to Ballen with good restaurants and with its own path to the beach.
