Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Cozy kitchen with new fridge/freezer, stove and oven and microwave with kitchenware. Newly renovated bathroom. 140 cm bed, sofa and an armchair. 55" smart TV, WiFi. The apartment has a smooth code lock for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Enjoy the cottage and the lovely scenery. Suitable if you want to unwind. Fire the stove and keep the cabin warm. Equipped with exclusive glasses and handmade porcelain. Light candles when it's getting dark because there's no electricity. Drinking water is delivered in a can to the cottage and the sauna. The cottage is located in old beautiful nature with private location with forest and arable land. Promote along the Öre River where trout and large salmon hike up. Fishing licenses are required and can be solved via the internet.

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

You’ll find beautiful beaches for sunny summer days, and if you’re lucky, you might experience the magical Northern Lights.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!
