Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Michelle was super communicative. Booked at the last minute and she had us sorted in no time. Arrived late at night and auto check-in was seamless. It was a work trip so we weren't there much, but the house was very tidy and well presented and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Then the views and trickling brook in the bush beside the house made our stay so relaxing!! Was great to have a bed each. Great little secluded and comfortable place to stay. Close to cafes and shops, and was surprisingly quiet for being in town.

An absolutely breathtaking house! We loved the view, how spacious the house was and the heated pool. It was so beautiful sitting on the deck at any time of the day and taking in the view. Sarabah Winery was only 5 minutes away which was great for lunch/afternoon drinks and the Canungra town was bout 10/15 minutes. In such a great spot, would highly recommend this house!

We had a lovely stay Nathan kindly dropped in extra blankets as was bit chilly. House was very clean & tidy. Location was great short walk to shops & eateries. Road was very noisy especially with motor bikes. I would recommend this Airbnb overall lovely stay.

Had the most wonderful weekend at Kim’s treehouse for my birthday, it was immaculately clean, peaceful and cosy. It was also a treat seeing which birds came to visit every day 😌✨

Staying in between our old home and our new home with our move. Jodie was very communicative and responsive and very helpful when I couldn’t find things. Super quick responses. House was comfy , beautiful modern upstairs master retreat, and a comfy at home atmosphere. Recommended!

Darren's place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. we spent the majority of the trip camped in front of the fire, which Darren provided endless firewood for. Our dog loved the big yard which though wouldn't be fenced well enough for an escapey or small dog was perfectly fine for our big goof. the cabin was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. literally the only thing that would have improved it is a little table next to the arm chairs to put your tea on while sitting in front of the fire. Had a great time, would stay again

The environment was absolutely lovely, and the outdoor space was very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft – I usually struggle with insomnia, but I slept really well during my stay. We had an amazing stay at Rowena and Glen’s hillside retreat! The place was absolutely perfect for our weekend away for a wedding — beautifully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. From the full kitchen to the iron (a lifesaver for wedding outfits!), every detail was thoughtfully provided. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for all six of us to relax together in the evenings, especially while winding down with a bit of TV. The real highlights, though, were the stunning views of the Gold Coast skyline , the spacious layout of the home, and of course, the incredible jacuzzi — perfect for winding down at night. We’re especially grateful to Rowena and Glen for being so accommodating and considerate throughout our stay. Their hospitality made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway!

We stayed here for a girls weekend away and absolutely loved it! The house was absolutely stunning- even more beautiful than the photos, which truly don’t do it justice. It was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect- close to everything but still felt private and peaceful. The host was so lovely and responsive, always quick to reply and super helpful with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again! 💕✨

Such a beautiful house in the perfect location. We had a group of 8 but as the house was so spacious we weren’t on top of each other. The backyard was great, my son had lots of space to crawl and play in the grass. Jennie was really fast on her responses. Very clear instructions on how to get into house. Would 100% book again!

Great location, Clear instructions on how to get in, Looks great inside with everything we needed, beds were all comfortable It’s just in quite an old block of duplex s, which that wasn’t obvious in the description. No outside area to sit but awesome view over the road from the beach

We had the most glorious time up at Siobhan’s farm house for my cowgirl themed hens party! We played games, had a lovely bonfire and enjoyed the surrounds - also recommend doing the local winery tours in the area. Everything was cleaned well prior to our stay, and we had all the amenities we needed (only thing missing needing to be stocked is fire starters which we had to use sparingly). Waking up each morning to the sun rising and watching the king parrots while having a tea was amazing; also note that the rooster (we lovingly called ‘Foghorn’ will be your natural alarm!). The driveway is a bit steep so I’d recommend ensuring your tyres and engine are in good nick, but we all made it no issues there. Siobhan was extremely lovely and responsive leading up to and during our stay. We loved it; would definitely come back!
