Holiday rentals with beach access in Honshu

this was our second time staying here, and we had an amazing stay once again. the accommodation is super clean and looks just like the pictures. the area is peaceful, with plenty of places to eat at. it’s a short walk to the convenience stores and the train station as well, which has a nice grocery store located next to it. the host is very nice and responds quickly; he also gave us great recommendations. overall this is a great accommodation and we would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Airi was very friendly and helpful, we stayed at her apartment, which was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea. The surroundings were spectacular but maybe were bit difficult to move by foot, but there were busses that connected to shimoda station.

We really loved our stay here. The space is small but we’ll organized and. Comfortable, with room for your belongings. The place was spotless and the location was perfect for everything. We would come back again.

2名で2泊しましたが、とても清潔で快適かつ機能的なお部屋でした。駐車場もわかりやすくコンビニが徒歩1分のところにあるのも何かと便利でした。自炊をしましたが、キッチンも狭いけれど必要なものは揃っていますし、洗濯機もあるし過ごしやすかったです。お風呂は小さいけれど、温泉で有名なエリアなので、お風呂は外で楽し無のがおすすめです。またユニットバスは小さいけれど、乾燥機としての機能が付いているため、今回雨でかなり洋服が濡れましたが、すぐに乾きました。寝室にも物干し竿が天井から吊るされているので、こちらも洗濯した後に干すのに重宝しました。二重窓になっており静かで暖かかったです。またベッドのしたにキャリーなど入れたりして、お部屋を広く使うことができ、比較的狭いお部屋ではありますが2名の大人で快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

We had a pleasant stay at Ken’s unit. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the washing machine with dryer which so convenient. It’s within walking distance to Denis and 7-11, which made it easy to grab essentials. The only downside for us was the bed, which was a bit too soft for our preference. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with great amenities and location, definitely worth the price.

这次去天气不佳，没有看到美丽的海，但是房东的房子二楼对着海，如果天气很好，或者夏天去的话，一开窗帘就是海的感觉，会很美！下次有机会再入住

The stay at Khaki's place was fabulous. Khaki picked us up at the train station and took us through town and up the hill to the AirBnb that overlooked the town. It's such a beautiful peaceful setting not far from town. The kitchen was nicely stocked, bath was lovely. We got to visit his parents' sweet potato field, got delicious fresh greens and daikon from the garden and and learned about flowers with his mother. I highly recommend the pottery experience. Khaki is a great and patient instructor. Visit the gallery to see the exquisite pottery his family makes, that is reasonably priced. I bought a wall vase and spoons and can't wait to display them. Absolutely go to the Hutte Restaurant right on the premises. It was one of the best meals I had in Japan. The restaurant itself is beyond cute and interesting, with such unique decorations and atmosphere. We went to the Kojima Jeans area and wish we had also gotten to the temple in town. The tempura place Khaki recommended was amazing

素晴らしいロケーションでした。 サンセットの時間帯をテラスで楽しみました。 プライベートな空間でとても良い時間を過ごせました。 隣のコンテナハウスに宿泊客がいるかいないかで静かさは変わってくるかと思います。 キッチンも充実していて、小豆島のオリーブや塩など調味料も置いてくださって自炊するのに重宝しました。 今回は短い滞在でしたが、またゆっくり伺いたいと思いました。

とても丁寧にご対応いただきました。 インテリアも綺麗で、海も近くにあり、素晴らしい宿泊体験ができました。

This is my second time staying at this lovely house, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The place is spotlessly clean, with a peaceful and beautiful surrounding that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rie is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. This time, I didn’t venture out much and instead spent most of my time enjoying the comfort and calm of the house itself. It truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely love to come back again!

房源距离小田原站不远，大约18分钟步行可以到达，如果觉得路程较远，可以选择搭乘小田原站出口处的公交前往，很适合想要在小田原或前往箱根游览但并不想住在箱根的游客。 房源是单幢房屋一共两层，装饰的很有日式风格，有单独的客厅和餐厅，且有简单的烹饪工具，寝室有两张双人床和榻榻米，除了室内稍微有些闷，其他设施都比较完备。 房东藤野先生非常热情贴心地接待了我们，给我们准备了冷饮和小食，推荐来到小田原住宿在这里！

私達は渚泊・魚津丸が開設された２０２０年より毎年利用させて頂いています。 今年の利用も５年前の開設当初と同様の清潔さ、整頓さで大変快適に利用する ことが出来ました。 施設の管理にとても感謝しています。 又、我々は今回メンバーの都合により、利用予約日程を変更したのですが、 この変更にも迅速で適切に対応して頂き、本当に有難うございました。 今年ももう一度７月に利用させて頂きます、次回もどうか宜しくお願い 致します。 あまりに快適なのでこの後も毎年利用する予定でいます。

ロケーションが最高で、サーフトリップにはベストな宿です。 オプションの肉も舟盛りも最高でした！

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute wabisabi beach house

Lovely place. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Host was flexible with my check in time as I wasn’t sure what time I arrived til I got on the train. As it was raining on the day I left, host was kind enough to offer to drive me to train station as well as work out the train timetable for me. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience.

The condo is located right off the main drag and directly across from a semi-private cove of one of the best beaches in Shimoda! The photos are true to life, the place was in pristine condition, all appliances worked out perfectly, and the bedding was super comfortable! Cheryl is a great hostess! The one thing we wish we could have changed was the weather, as it was misty and windy during our stay, and then of course, the sun popped out the day we had to leave :( Hoping we can get a do-over and land Cheryl's place again some day!

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and nice! We have 7 people, everyone is happy about the place. You can wash the clothes and dry them in the bathroom with dry fans. The location is great, 7 mins walk to both train stations. Wifi is super fast. overall, it's a good value for this place when you have bunch people.
