Thanks for hosting us - the location close to the water was beautiful. No AC but with the windows open the temperature was pleasant. A few bugs in the kitchen but not too many. Overall a clean and pleasant place to be.

Loved the resort pool and hot tub hours, the lagoon was perfect with calm waves, and the room itself. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki which was exactly what we were looking for. The only down side was that the room is a connecting room and the neighbors were pretty noisy early in the mornings. Other than that, everything was as described.

A slice of Paradise!! We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The property was even more beautiful than the photos- perfect location, peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location was perfect for exploring the island, yet quiet and relaxing for when we wanted to unwind. The house stayed cool, thanks to all of the ceiling fans and a nice breeze off the back patio. Our host was incredibly kind and very responsive. We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a magical Hawaiian getaway!

We had the best stay! The Villa was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids.) It was an easy 5 minute walk to Brennecke’s Beach and it was very convenient to have beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon available to haul it all to the beach! The lanai was wonderful and incredibly spacious, we will miss spending quiet mornings outside drinking our coffee and listening to the birds. This unit does not appear to have any downstairs neighbors, which was a plus for us with little feet running around! None of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay, we will definitely look at renting this unit again in the future!

What a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and clean. I have never seen a rental with such a well-equipped kitchen. Complete set of pans, rice cooker, pressure cooker, and so much more. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were local-made pastries and coffee waiting for us. It was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was perfect. The location was walkable to beaches. Great ocean view from the condo and patio. Reserved parking. This place is a gem. Don’t hesitate to book!

What a place! This home truly has everything you need—and then some. Every appliance and piece of furniture is high-end, and the entire space is spotless. The attention to detail throughout the house really stood out to me. As a tea lover, I especially appreciated the instant hot water faucet—such a small touch, but it made things so much easier. Communication was fast and seamless. Honestly, this may have been my favorite rental yet. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Hanalei Bay Villas, first time in this particular unit. It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Welcome treats were nice as well as the music that was already playing as we entered the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. The views of the mountains cannot be beat. This is my favorite part of the island to stay. A short hike to Hideways and Puu Poa Beach appreciated. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Thank you, Gary! We had an incredible stay at your beautiful condo. The ocean views were stunning. The condo was very comfortable. We’re picky about beds - they were very comfy. Gary has provided every utensil you could need and everything is good quality. With being on the top floor no one is above you including on the balcony. It was incredibly quiet and private. Main noise once in a while was the crow of a rooster which we didn’t mind at all. In case you haven’t been to Kauai, wild chickens are everywhere, they even greeted us at the airport. Between the Princeville shopping center and Hanalei you will find groceries and great restaurants. Don’t miss the Princeville Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Disability note: I have a knee injury and didn’t realize that there were stairs up to the condo when we booked. I managed the stairs with the help of a very sturdy railing and my cane. I was concerned about the stairs before going but it worked out well. I came home stronger! Enjoy.

The pictures did not do this place justice. Great Villa, super clean, the patio was so nice and location was excellent for the south side of the island. 5 minute walk to the beach and Gary had lawn chairs, umbrellas and body boards waiting for us. So many great coffee shops and restaurants close by. This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Thank you!!

Beautiful place, perfect for 3 couples to have their own space. It’s on the ground floor which made it easy to get to the pool and to the path that lead down to the beach. Couch was super comfy. It was well stocked plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, there was even laundry soap and plenty of spices. Gary had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys for the day trip to the beach.

Everything in the villa was as it was described. It was clean and our concierge, Justin, was extremely responsive! We asked for a late checkout at the last minute, and they were happy to oblige. There is shopping, restaurants, a hotel with a spa, gorgeous views, and quick access to the beach close by. It was an amazing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo everything was clean and in fantastic condition. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Family of six and there was plenty of room for everyone. Thank you so much for the great communication and a beautiful safe place for a family vacation. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Access to the beach was incredibly easy—it was just a short walk from the house, which made our days relaxing and carefree. The pool area was awesome and just a few steps away from the patio. We also appreciated how close it was to great local restaurants—just a short drive away. The location was perfect for a peaceful escape, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach vacation in Kauai.

The location of this condo is possibly the best on property. From the lanai we could see both sunrise and sunset. There is a walking path that you can take one way to puipo beach or the other way to equally beautiful spots and views! The pool was excellent for my children when they were done being sandy and just wanted to swim. The condo itself was very comfortable and perfect for multiple couples. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. I would return in a heartbeat!

Vacation with my husband, 2 kids and MIL, space was comfy and super clean. The Bali Hai is a beautiful resort with so many activities, my kids loved it. I don't think the pictures do it justice. I only have two complaints: 1. Had issues with my keycards and wristbands, we got 5 and 3 respectively and was able to cycle through them to see which worked to get into the room, the one time I left the room without my ID and was locked out (thankfully i have a pic of my ID on my phone to get it reactivated) 2. The concierge will try to muscle you into a time share presentation when you get wristbands, I understand it's their job, but no, thank you MEANS No Thank you, otherwise very informative on other things on the island and very sweet.
