Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Homosassa

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

We enjoyed our memorial weekend with the whole family! The kids loved the fishing and the pool. The game room was a hit and there was tons of space. We had over 10 people and never felt on top of one another.

Our family of 8 stayed at the house for 6 days while we swam with the manatees, visited Weeki Wachee, spent a day at Silver Springs, enjoyed an airboat ride, and enjoyed some beach days. Everything is a super easy and reasonable drive, making the house a perfect central location. The house is lovely and cozy. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us! Oddly enough, I was toying between staying at a Hampton Inn or an Airbnb, but the Hampton Inn was right at the entrance of where you get to the house and I’m so grateful we stayed at Anthony and Shauna’s place instead! Highly highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and the backyard was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and literally had anything and everything you to need to make your stay perfect. The private boat ramp was a huge bonus and there was plenty of space to dock our 20 ft boat. The springs are super close as well as all the yummy places to eat if you don't feel like cooking. Will definitely be booking this amazing home again :)

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rebecca and Gary were great hosts and had everything set up for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We spend 4 beautiful days at The Founders Lodge for our friend’s birthday. Tee met us out front and personally gave us a tour of the house. The 2 full master suites are gorgeous! The house is absolutely beautiful with enough room to rest & relax and it was so very clean and comfortable. The wood additions to the house made it so very cozy, that we hope to come back to next year! The pool was just what we needed for the Florida summer days. We grilled out 1 night on the gas grill that was provided by the pool. We ate at The Cove Restaurant for dinner the first night and our meals were very delicious. 3 out of the 4 of us took the Airboat tour and marked it off of our bucket list! How much fun, you have to do it!! We thank Tee for her kindness and even brought my Amazon delivery to our door, what service!!! Thank you :)

This is our second time coming to Brock’s beautiful place in the summer. The kids absolutely love being able to go out in the springs any time of the day. We love to eat at Swampys, going antique shopping, renting a boat, and most of all relaxing at this lovely home. We hope to be back next summer!

We absolutely loved this stay! Maria really thought of everything. Whether it was charging stations, kitchen supplies, flashlights, or dog bowls.. one of our favorite air bnbs to date! The game room was very clean and organized. We played a mean game of family fusbol and had s’mores by the fire. Springs are super close and great food at local pup friendly restaurants on the water. Such a beautiful property and home. We will be back!

Great place! Highly recommended

This place was a gem of a find. I particularly enjoyed having my morning coffee and seeing the horses. I even got to be the 1st person to see a newborn foal which was very special. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Ocala and restaurants. During my stay there was an issue with the electricity on a separate part of the property that did not affect the AirBnB. Darcy went out of her way to ensure everything was ok in the unit and that I was comfortable...something I appreciated very much. I will definitely stay again.

A perfect place, very clean

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

Beautiful place the shower was amazing and the local springs are amazing! The snow park is 30 minutes away and so nice!

It was the perfect place for me to enjoy a golf trip! Clean and quiet and close to good restaurants and golf courses!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The area is nice and quiet with a real strong community feel which we liked. The house is very spacious and clean with everything needed for a modern family home away from home. The pool was clean and warm enough without the use of any heating. The view from the pool and the house over the golf course is beautiful and gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We are familiar with the area so know our favourite eating places and shops are just a short distance away. In short, we would highly recommend this lovely home. Until the next time Bob!

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

My wife and I were very pleased with this property. We selected it because it was reasonably priced and close to Lake Sumter Landing. The house was very clean. we'll decorated and the gas golf cart worked great. Highly recommend this property and Tayana as a host.

Great spot for a copules getaway

Felt right at home. We stayed during Christmas and upon entering mini lit Christmas tree greeted us and a “fire” on the tv. Was a delight after a long road trip. Thank you Linda!!!
