Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Holzkirchen

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich eine 10+++ abgeben. So eine herzliche Begrüßung habe ich noch nie gehabt. Die Wohnung war mit soviel Liebe eingerichtet. Roswitha war jederzeit erreichbar und hab gute Tipps zur Umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Chris und Katja sind wahrhaftig Superhosts, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten die Freude beide persönlich kennenzulernen. We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Wir wurden superfreundlich empfangen und hatten die ganze Zeit über eine richtig netten Kontkt mit Karin und ihrem Mann. Die Wohnung war top und hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, man kann richtig schöne Ausflüge, zu Fuß oder mit Öffis oder Auto unternehmen und danach auf dem Balkon den tollen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Der Erholungseffekt stellt sich so schnell ein, dass man prima abschalten kann. Vielen Dank hierfür!!!

Wir sind "Wiederholungstäter" und waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung am Halblech. Wie immer war alles wunderbar - die Wohnung ist sooo schön und gemütlich und die Lage ist einfach einzigartig. Wir haben etliche Radtoren unternommen, ins Ammergebirge, zur Wieskirche, zu den Seen - alles von der Wohnung aus. Der schöne naturnahe Staudengarten kann mit genutzt werden und jeden Tag besuchte uns Mietzi, die Nachbarkatze zum Kuscheln. Einfach perfekt! Und obendrein gehört die Wohnung und das Haus zwei sehr netten und herzlichen Menschen :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft den Angaben entsprechend. Gerade für eine größere Gruppe ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden bereitgestellt. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist mit dem Bus alle 30 Minuten ausreichend. Wer später als 01:00 Uhr aus München zurück fahren will, muss warscheinlich auf ein Taxi/Uber zurückgreifen. Sonst ist Lage sehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Prima Aufenthalt mit in einer schicken Wohnung.

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this single house in Unterhaching. The home was well-equipped, and matched the description perfectly. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient parking. The space was comfortable and ideal for our group of five. Barbara was very responsive and helpful—we gladly give this Airbnb a 5-star rating.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung . Der erste Eindruck war sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und alles war blitzeblank sauber. Überraschend fanden wir den schönen Ausblick auf die Berge von der Sauna aus. Das hat für extra Entspannung und einem Highlight gesorgt. Des Weiteren war alles vorhanden was man zum Leben und Wohlfühlen braucht . Mit einem tollen Lichteinfall durch großen Fenstern tagsüber, einer warmen licht Installation für abends und der passenden Dekoration ist für eine schöne Atmosphäre gesorgt. Hier steckt Leidenschaft und Liebe hinter. Auch das Bett fanden wir bequem und konnten gut schlafen . Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und wir waren sehr zu frieden.

Eine wunderschöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung; ideale Größe für zwei Personen. Gepflegt und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Traumhafte Ausblicke aus alles Fenstern. Das Schlafzimmer liegt sehr ruhig nach hinten raus, mit kleinem Balkon. Das freundlich-helle Wohnzimmer zeigt, wie gemalt, auf den See. Ein Mini-Manko ist die Straße, die zwar nur einspurig ist, aber für empfindliche Ohren, die gar keinen Lärm gewöhnt sind, erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig sein könnte - insbesondere wenn man sich auf dem Balkon aufhält. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es allerdings kaum wahrnehmbar und der Blick auf den See, der sich in den schönsten Facetten bis zum Sonnenuntergang zeigt, lässt die Autos schnell vergessen. Alles in allem, eine fantastische Lage, mit traumhaften Spazierwegen etc., direkt vor der Haustür, herzlichste Vermieter und totale Privatsphäre, zum Genießen und Erholen. Echte Tegernsee-Idylle!

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Perfect location at Peter’s place! It was extremely clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and I felt safe as a single mama with 3 boys. Even appreciated the water and beer in the fridge! The location is in walking distance of the famous Glockenspiel in the Marianplatz, the outdoor markets, and many shops and restaurants. Access to train to get around the city is convenient as well! The city is very clean and generally quiet, especially on Sundays. What a treat! I appreciated the stay very much! I hope to return again soon!

This was a great location for me and my family to spend a few days in exploring the surrounding area. Very close to the train station that left on average every 10 minutes, we could get going or get home easily. The apartment itself is HUGE, which was a nice change of pace being in small hotel rooms. I loved relaxing in their deep, clean, soaking tub since it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. It was kind of the hosts to include a variety of refreshments and snacks for us in the kitchen. Really the only thing I wasn’t totally prepared for was the hike up to the room… It does say that the room is on the second floor (which to me, read that you’d be going up one flight of stairs to reach floor 2…), but in reality it was more like 3 flights which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after being delayed on our train journey and not getting in until nearly midnight. But we survived! I would definitely stay again, particularly if I was lighter on luggage… :)

Nadine’s place is beautiful! Located in a peaceful and breathtaking little neighborhood, Nadine was always responsive and very friendly, it was a very nice stay.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine / zwei Personen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Treppe zum Mezzanin ist ziemlich steil. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ok - in der Stadt Schwabmünchen ist man in ca. 20 Minuten oder man läuft 30 Minuten.
