Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The dresser has storage space for your belongings. Upon request, a children's bed (Hauck travel cot 120 cm long) is waiting for you. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cozy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

The modern, quiet "Schäferberg Loft" is located in the basement of a two-family house and has a large, sunny window front with unobstructed views of the orchards. It is pleasantly cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. The apartment is a very good starting point for business trips to Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen/Böblingen, Bosch Renningen, Porsche Weissach, etc. or invites you to an extended weekend on the northern edge of the Black Forest.

Die Wohnung ist für 1-3 Personen ausgestattet, liegt stadtnah im Grünen, ist modern möbliert und liegt ruhig und trotzdem Autobahn-nah. Unsere Zielgruppe sind Geschäftsreisende, Privatreisende Erwachsene ggfs. mit Jugendlichen. Das Appartement ist leider nicht kindgerecht ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Nordschwarzwaldes.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
