Strict, downtown home

Welcome to our fresh house that appears brand new😀 Here you have two sunny balconies as well as deck and a small garden that makes you have sun from morning to evening. There is also one common green space next to the residence. Here there are seating benches, exercise appliances and lots of bolting space in green surroundings. There is a quiet and quiet area with about 20 minutes walk to the city center/train. One stone's throw from the home there are several foodstores, as well as two kindergartens with great play areas.

Here you and your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is over 3 floors. Basement consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, a brand new bathroom, and TV-living room. 1 floor has a spacious kitchen, dining area, TV-living room with loft, and 2 sitting areas. 2 floors have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The outdoor area consists of 100m2 terrace, with BBQ area/fireplace covered. Large garden with many fruit trees. Here is the sun from morning to evening. Oslo is 45 minutes by train or about 60 minutes by car

Semi-detached home with garden

We want to rent out our house sporadically to tidy/nice people who want a vacation. Perfect for families with children. Nice location in central Holmestrand. Hiking area right behind the house for those who want and a short way down to the center of the city. Quiet area with garden, trampoline and cozy terrace with possibility of evening fun. Short distance to Drammen, Horten or Tønsberg if you want to explore other places. The house is about 113 square meters with a playroom for children. Get in touch for a nice chat.

The apartment has a fantastic location with a sea view right in the center of Svelvik. Walking distance to all amenities like restaurants, shops, dining areas, swimming spots, etc. The apartment has facilities such as water-borne heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove (induction), Smart TV and WiFi. Our house is located with a lovely view over the lake Eikern and with short distance to Bergsvannet which has many nice swimming areas. Eidsfoss is a unique historical place where it feels like time has stood still for a few decades! Here you will find, among other things, Norway's oldest country shop, museum and two good eateries (Eidsfoss Gamle Kro and Eidsfos Hovedgård), as well as several small galleries and outlets. But most of all, come here to find peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful nature here!

Large house with jacuzzi and swimming pool

Big house with 7 bedrooms Well suited for both businesses and families. The residence is a former prayer house/church. Converted to housing with the help of Sinnasnekkeren in 2016. Plenty of space inside and outside. Parking for many cars. Large outdoor area with porches, grills, play equipment, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Jacuzzi available all year. The pool is heated by the sun only and is in use during June-August. The place can be rented in both the short and long term. Get in touch! :-)

Lovely little house- right on the beach

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.
