The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking for up to three cars. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.

The pool is only open in summer and for the 2023 season must be purchased subscriptions for bathroom/spa and gym.
